Customer service needs some much needed training. I’ve been inside the store for 10-15 minutes and not one single employee had said, “hello” “we will be right with you” or anything. Ventura location is much better at helping customers immediately. Employee has passed me multiple times and no recognition.

Giving it a 1 star for my neighbor who lost her husband and went to the store to get help with her Verizon bill . The employees were so rude she broke down crying in the store .

Don't waste your time coming here. The staff are lazy and are inefficient. I walk in and after waiting for about 5 minutes to be welcomed, I start wandering around for help Some gal was gossiping with someone notices me and puts me in queue, i had a simple question/concern about my phone, told her that it was an Insurance replacement. With 1 person ahead of me, I wait about 30 mins, til I recieve a text to "return to store in 10 minutes to be serviced". I returnlabel, and its been about 5 minutes, i was approached by a rude gal with glasses, who really needs to work on her customer service skills. She says I'm not on the list and continues with a condescending tone talking over me, she proceeds to help other people. 20 minutes later, a few agents are waiting in front, smacking their gum talking, i hear my name, theyre still just hanging out. Some lady calls my name, helps me, she was friendly and quick to tell me to just go to assurion. That's.all. I needed. to.know. I didn't need the run around or the poor customer service.
If they send you a message to come back to the store, just know itll likely be an hour wait bc theyre likely goofing off.
This store only wants a sale they won't actually help you anymore

I am blown away! Another slam dunk. 2 for 2 now. I have had the worst experiences with walk in brick and mortar phone places!!! I hated going in! BUT. This is the second time I have visited this particular store with a perplexing tech/messed up phone issue. The first time (after being greeted at the door and expeditiously was assisted) the tech took my phone and was super knowledgeable explaining to me what was going on. He ran a series of tests in the back. Keeping me up to date. As it turns out he explained what was wrong and why it could not be fixed. I needed a new phone. But that was alright because I knew what was going on! They took care of ordering the replacement right there. Second visit was even better! My wife needed a second line on her iPhone. We wasted two hours on the phine with Verizon phone tech. I then talked my wife into going to the store based on my last experience. We were not let down! We were greeted and helped straight away! I told the tech what we needed and he immediately understood!!! Wow!!! And the next thing we knew he was demonstrating to us how the phone worked with two lines! Done! Huge kudos to the whole team at Verizon in the Coll action at Oxnard. It is so nice to see not only high end customer service but also a high level of technical competency!!!!

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had, specifically from Melissa. I was explaining a mistake on the store’s end to corporate customer service over the phone and was told “I explained it wrong.” How about you do your job and talk to corporate about your store’s mistake instead of having the customer do your job for you. Thanks.

This store is not how it used to be. They are not professional, and act like you're bothering them when you ask for help to buy a new phone.

I have an 11am appointment. It is now 11:25 and I am still waiting. I am a business customer and am only here because my migration specialist never finished the job and the savings I was promised never materialized. The cell service has been horrible lately.

I just left the Ventura store because the sales rep was ripping me off. He said my phone couldn't be traded in, tried to say I needed $10/m for HBO and $17/m insurance and wanted my to pay over $100/m total for a new iphone. So I told him to print out the quote and I immediately drove to Oxnard. Knowing that Oxnard charges 2.5% more in sales tax I need this phone to ship to my house to save that. I worked with Adrian on 12/12/23 and he was very helpful the whole time. He was fully aware of the promotions regarding my situation, included me in the ipad he was typing into, went over several scenarios, made excellent recommendations, and never pushed extra sales. I felt like he was treating me like an honest friend.I was able to compare the plans to find out that Verizon charges existing customers over $400 more than new customers and that going from the basic plan to the best one you'll pay $900 more over the 3 years. It blows me away that people fall for that. Especially when they can barely afford food and gas.Thanks Adrian.

Knowledgeable staff, but felt a little rushed on a sale for my requested phone, even though there was one other person in the store with 4 associates. Seems like a good spot for a quick upgrade, but might want to troubleshoot elsewhere.

If I can do 0 star I will. I went to different locations of versions they only cost 80$ for mode and plus plan for the 5g orbic wifi mode. But this store for same thing need cost 300$ for the mode that’s ridiculous.

Jessica help us out with switching over and made sure the phones were working fine when we came. Very professional was very considerate with our decisions and patient with us. Would come here again!
