Our family is desperately trying to take a trip for the summer. My husband recognized that the brakes on the rig weren’t working correctly. We store it at this location, but they fixed it within 24 hours. Now our family is safe and secure❤️ We are well on our way. I will tell you that these are the nicest folks that work as Mechanics. We are truly grateful for their customer service and expertise.

Juan was so wonderful taking the time to help me by explaining everything about my “new to me” trailer! I took it in for the advertised free 26 point inspection and they found everything to be in top shape!
I was concerned that I was told it would be ready and wasn’t. Despite that I will bring it again for more detailed servicing as suggested. And Cassandra was very helpful also!

Hands down the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I had an emergency issue with my water pump and they got me in and out within 2 1/2 hours. Problem solved, excellent service, and didn’t ream me on labor charges at all. I highly recommend Ventura RV connection for all your RV service needs.

Great customer service. I had a tire replaced on my travel trailer here. They told me to stop in on my way out of town and they took it right back. I also had my brakes done on the car as well. Highly recommend this place for car or rv service

My experience with Ventura RV Connection was excellent! I had them sell my Class C motorhome on consignment. Ramon was the person I worked with. Every step of the process was first-rate. They presented me a realistic range of selling prices, did an excellent job of marketing my RV with ads and photos, and found a buyer very quickly at my target price. Their consignment fee was very reasonable considering all the work they put in. This is an excellent way to seek your used RV. Hats off to Ramon and the team at Ventura RV Connection. I highly recommend them!
