Art is not only an expert technician, but also friendly, and more importantly, honest. I shipped a transmission to him for my daily driver. The transmission I bought was bad. My car had transmission issues with a wiring harness that had previous melted due to the heat, Art managed to saughter a used harness to my original harness and replaced my neutral sensor switch within a day. Thank you for getting me back on the road! Great customer service!

Just called to get a quote on some transmission work, and the person on the phone hung up on me mid sentence. Maybe they do good work, maybe they don't. I'll lever know. The customer service definitely needs work.

I thought my car needed a new transmission however Art discovered it was another problem. Saved me so much money and explained everything to me step by step. I am really happy with the excellent work that Ventura Transmissions performed on my 2007 Chevy Colorado. Art which is who I was in contact with throughout the process was very professional and made me feel like I known him for years, his customer service was great. The price for my rebuilt transmission was inexpensive and reasonable. I am definitely coming back if I need to in the future and I encourage everyone to consider this shop when looking for a place to repair your car.
