These people are straight up thieves I don't mind paying the towing it is what it but he charge me $75 to get my car out of his tow yard unbelievable this place is ridiculous they should be investigated not the way to do business

David was amazing. When your battery's dead, it's dark, and stuck in a remote location with no one around, it's great to hear a comforting voice. He called when he was on the way and immediately sounded kind over the phone. He arrived in 30 min, much faster than other services I've used. Super friendly and was ready to tow me anywhere I needed, but a boost was all that was required. Smooth service from start to finish, including the initial call from the dispatcher to get my coordinates and tell me David was on his way. Thanks Ventura Towing! Keep hiring dudes like David! My insurance Gieco, sent this guy to come tow my truck the guy from Ventura towing and then called me and asked me if I needed a jump start or a tow and I told him to just bring the tow truck just in case my truck don’t jump start so he decided to come in a service vehicle instead, apparently the service vehicle he was in was a Honda he couldn’t then jump start my truck and then tells me I’m sorry and I cant bring a tow truck I have no driver available at the moment but yet here he is, I feel like he just didn’t want to take a tow truck out there because he knew my insurance was going to pay him regardless just for going out there.. horrible service and very kaniving for doing a move like that, I had kids with me stranded and he held up a lot of my time

Worst towing company EVER!!!!!!! Driver called five minutes before and said on his way, the owners wife got on the call and hung up!!! Left me stranded in a middle lane on a busy blvd during peak traffic!!!!!! I called and spoke to the owner and when I asked his name he hung up! DONT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!! Worst customer service EVER.

Super professional and great price! Charged me $70 with the option to see a mechanic and if I liked what they offered me there, he’d leave my car, if I didn’t then he offered to take me home.
