Our mail and packages are not being delivered to our mailbox as it should be and our mailboxes and our packages are being posted as delivered when we never receive and then I go to my local post office to complain and supervisor don’t help.

It has happened to someone that their packages are not delivered and in the application and it says delivered that it can be done in those things I called I went to the office and it has been 2 months and there is no response from them

When you ask somebody a question at this office, they completely ignore you if you ask if somebody speaks Spanish, they send you next-door if you want to use their table to write and or fill out your applications, they say they don’t have one. They are very limited with their information they don’t make eye contact. They don’t know the answer to any of your questions you get completely ignored. Stay away from this place go somewhere else.

This post office is lame, our carrier sucks and is constantly putting our mail in the wrong mail box. They lost my package but marked it delivered. I filed a claim spent 2 weeks back and forth emailing them. And still they refuse to refund the money. What a joke.

The older lady with glasses was so rude. She was working today (07/03/2024) at 2pm. I have no experience in posting packages internationally and she was so rude and didn’t even want to help me out. Then when I asked for a pen she said she don’t lend her personal pen and continued to help the next customer. She could have at least checked for another pen as if her pen was the only one for the whole post office. I didn’t want to go all the way home just to write something down so I stormed out. Maybe it’s menopause but she really needs psychological or hormonal therapy.

Do not waste your hard-earned money on insurance. It's nothing but a scam! If the carrier possesses your package and fails to deliver it, rest assured they will never honor any claims. It's utterly preposterous! I've been a victim of this numerous times, and the amount of money I've lost due to their unreliable insurance policies is simply staggering.

Definitely the worst experience. The lead in The passport office should not be a lead he was rude with no intention of helping. A couple in front of me only spoke Spanish, they were asking questions and he didn't even bother helping them so I stepped in to help them understand but he looked annoyed like he didn't even want to deal with it. After that more spanish speaking people he already attended came to me asking me questions because he didn't even bother helping them. Then when it was my turn I couldn't even understand him he talked really low. He didn't look like he wanted to help or let alone be there doing his job. I didn't fill out one section so I sat down outside and filled it out. Then when I went back up some lady helped me and told me her lead said I can't have a copy of a paper that it had to be the original. So why didn't he tell me that to begin with, instead he sent someone else to help me and tell me that. This was the second appointment I had to make because the first time I was missing one paper. I strongly believe he shouldn't be working there. Found out his name is Kevin.

Was a bit skeptical since there was many bad reviews at this location but the process of getting my passport went smoothly and fairly quick. As long as you make an appointment and have your documents you need (which they provide online), you should be good! George helped me today and he was kind and quickly tried to help everyone!

The older filipina lady with grey black hair seemed so annoyed when treating a senior hispanic lady. Then an older latina worker with brown curly hair did not help out a senior citizen mail a package either. WORST customer service I have ever seen in a usps!

To the older lady with short grey/black hair and glasses who threatened me that she was going to remember me from now on. You can just simply said yes or no when I asked you if I can have a tiny piece of tape for my package to properly close it.

Worse postal service ever, staff including the supervisor or boss as he referred to me when I said I will file a complaint all extremely unprofessional, and rude when serving the public. They were rude to me and my family. We had an appointment for my child’s passport and they did not honor our appointment, instead they were putting us last. They don’t honor appointments apparently as another family awaited outside and told to wait with no directions whom eventually left. It was a completely joke. They truly don’t respect people who followed their process. Mr. Danny seems very cordial with others members in the community but as for the rest extremely disrespectful and with a poor attitude.I filed a complaint through the postal service to give these folks what they deserve, clearly more training and better manners. I HIGHLY recommend to AVOID this location and to held people accountable for their actions.
