“Awesome deal and easy process to buy from Antje. This was 1 million times more convenient than dealership! The cost was right up front, no back and forth negotiating price. Way less stress and pressure than a car dealership. Their app works great. The only constructive feedback I have is that they contacted me from 4 different phone numbers. None of the numbers were official Carmax phone numbers which always has me feel suspicious of phishing scams. Then also we had to apply for financing more than 5 times. Each time it said we were approved. Then the app and customer service had no record of the loan being approved. It was baffling. Then their car loan was not competitive, so I had to refinance the car 3 days later with my bank which was a bummer. But great overall!”
“I got my car here, so I had bad credit when I first started looking for a car, I told the owner my problem, he was super awesome! He let me pay $2000, of a down payment in the course of 2 months then I started my monthly payment, he was super awesome, and friendly, he has great used cars and will help you out to get you on your feet, looking for a car, but seems hard due to no or bad credit, this is the car lot you should go to before giving up”

“Oner Castro Very nice and helpful! Would recommend him!! I’m updating my review, I saw some bad reviews about them lagging to nget an appointment in with the mechanic and other stuff. I called I believe I spoke with hector and he told me I could stop by the next day when they opened. I did that they fixed the issue that was with car but some of the workers did have some lack of knowledge of what was wrong with Vehicle when asked and said they didn’t know. I definitely would like to know what was wrong. I’m grateful we got the issue fixed on the car but now it’s making another noise ?”
