Extremely rude no personal skills no Customer Service worst UPS store I’ve ever been to

Unfortunately this UPS store doesn’t want to obey by Amazon returns’s rules. When you selected no box, and no label on your return preferences that is what it should be. Well this store doesn’t honor that instead they asked you to buy a box. I paid for one box as a one time deal three months ago even though I did not need it. Today my wife went to this store to return another item that did not need a box or a label, and the store didn’t take it. They said the item needs to be boxed and you can buy one from us.
Customer service at this store it is not up to my standards and I don’t recommend this place for your Amazon returns.

They charge you a ‘computer download fee’ and have no other way for you to get your pdf printed/ you can’t use thumb drive or just airdrop it from your phone. I’ve never had any other UPS store in the area charge me this much or tell me that so I feel like the guy was just being a jerk because he had to take 3 minutes to do something that was his job. Again, I’ve never had the UPS store like 5 minutes away charge me extra $3 for doing the exact same thing. The only difference was the person helping me.

Plain and simple they are just rude and not helpful. I’ve given them several opportunities to do better and the bad service is consistent. I’ll drive a bit further to be treated better and have my business appreciate. I’m done with this place.

I love this store! The people who work here are highly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I saw a customer express her frustration at one of the employees because she felt she should not have to get in line given she is merely dropping off a package. The employee reiterated her request cordially that the customer wait her turn but this only ignited the customer's rage and she showed it. I was impressed by how the employee maintained her composure.

Great customer service. The workers were friendly, attentive, and helpful. I went here after a terrible experience at the Port Hueneme UPS and these stores are worlds apart in terms of service quality and store presentation.

They are so incompetent at this store. Specially when it comes to the simplest of things (Amazon returns). My son tried dropping off a return and was told he needed a shipping box for it, which is not true. We have always dropped off returns without shipping boxes at different locations and instructions for return state you do not need a shipping box. I made the mistake of giving this store another opportunity on an Amazon return . Dropped off item and it’s not showing up on my account as dropped off yet. It’s been 5 days. All returns I’ve made at other locations show up immediately. Don’t waste your time, go to the store on Channel Islands, they are always upper friendly and helpful there as well

Really awesome people. We had a care package sent from North Carolina while we're traveling and we got hung up in traffic and they stayed late to get us our package thank you guys!

Too bad that one employee can bring a store down on my point of view. This STORE has a notary that is out there to make peoples life miserable.
First time I went to notarize something she said she couldn't do it because she only had 10 minutes of her shift and we had six signatures , so it wasn't enough time for her to notarize all of it. so we had to wait 10 minutes for the other notary to arrive. This super nice curly hair lady arrived and took care of us very nicely. Thanks!
Today was the second time I went there.
I wasn't able to do my notary the week before because her shift time wouldn't allow it , and today she refused to do notary because I told her she didn't need the documents she was requesting. We wanted to notarize a piece of paper (a form). That's it.
Well, I drove and brought the passports to her as she requested and I told her she didn't need to confirm the information on the paper,all she needed to do was notarize the signature of the person signing the document. She didn't like that. I told her she was wrong and she refused to do the work. She said she was not going to notarize my papers and that I had to go somewhere else.
After that, I asked her for her name so we can write a formal complaint against her, but she wouldn't give it to me . Wonder why.
This happened today, May 17, Friday at 2:30 PM . Jimmy was there and saw it all but couldn't help me because he's not a notary.
She said I had to go somewhere else!!
So I did ! I'm not sure the owner of the store would like to lose his customers because of an arrogant employee full of attitude.

This is a nice UPS Store, it has great atmosphere, and friendly staff and employees! This much nicer location than the UPS Store in the Fremont Shopping Center! 5 Stars for this location!
