AMAZON CUSTOMERS!! DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEMS AT THIS LOCATION. THEY DO NOT HONOR AMAZONS FREE RETURN SERVICE. THEY CHARGE FOR AHIPPING LABELS ANS BOXES. I WAS ASAUALTED BY THE MANAGER ON A POWER TRIP IN THIS STORE. I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST UPS. THE FRANCHISE OWNER AND MANAGEER. IN ADDITION I AM HANDICAPPED AND MADE RIDICULE THAT I COULDN'T WALK.

A rude and lazy young man, refused to help with Amazon returns. He told us we had to package and label our items, even though the Amazon site said labels and packaging isn't needed.

Stopped by on a Friday at 6:18pm, 12 minutes before closing. I was unable to ship my package because they had closed their registers for the day. (Even though I was paying with a credit card) saw a couple of other people turned away. Not sure why the store was even open at that point. Anyhow, made a short trip across to FedEx on Vineyard and got my package shipped. Won’t be returning to this location.

Review to UPS! (Not the store!)5 dollars for printing my shipping label?! This is the biggest scam. We’re in 2023, how is it possible that showing your label off your phone is not enough??

I went in to take my passport photo. From initial greeting to walking out with photos in hand was 5 min. There's a reason why this UPS store is my go to place. Great employee's, fast and efficient service.

had to update this place after years and years I this place is a price gouger nothing but ridiculous new fees and over priced services. it started out nice the lady had good intentions in the start but now she's money hungry and have over priced everything I guess she's looking for a retirement plan. anyway avoid this place if you can my last review on this place was a 5 star rating how sad but people and places change, the younger employees are still always cool but there really isn't any reason to go to this place especially for the prices they do

I work from home & ship LOTS of packages both small & large. Today I went in & it was an all women crew - LOVED IT! I had 5 packages & all were large. Just as soon as I was getting 1 box out, 1 of the clerks - Louanna (I'm praying I got her name right. If not I'm so sorry cuz you were fantastic!) - came out with a cart. She quickly helped me with all of the packages. I really appreciated the customer service I received without asking for help!It really is a great place. I've never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes unless it Christmas.I would definitely recommend this place.

I have visited this UPS Store several times to do Amazon returns. Never disappointed. However, most recently my visit to The UPS store to get a document notarized was beyond 5 stars! Liana helped me with getting my document notarized. She was super friendly and professional. It was like I was having my best friend notarize my document haha. Since I'm new to Ventura County she even gave me some recommendations of places to eat and hike in Ventura County. Who would of thought getting a document notarized would be so delightful! Thank you Liana and the UPS store for such great service!

They do not provide Wi-Fi and there building does not allow you to pick up your Wi-Fi basically had to walk down the sidewalk to get service to send them an email to makes copies that cost 4.99 ridiculous. GET WIFI

Closed earlier than posted on their door. Employees wouldn't open door even though I made it on time. Poor customer service.

I’ve been to this UPS store several times and the staff is always nice. The lady who helped me today was especially great. Her customer service was top notch. The UPS store on Ventura Rd is exactly the opposite. I won’t even go there if I really need something and I’m close by. Absolutely not. My only gripe is that the fee for printing from your phone is ridiculous, but that’s not the employee’s fault. This location is always my first choice!
