I had to fix my broken screen on my old iPhone 11 Pro Max. I normally would do my own repairs but going through AT&T it was $50 for it and screen after market $40. This place uses genuine parts. I came in and Ting and Bryan were awesome. I came for a walk-in and walked out with my phone fixed quickly. This staff was friendly, genuinely kind people. Great customer service. I think people like Ting and Bryan are a great asset for Asurion, I hope this company recognizes good workers. I would definitely recommend my friends and family for their tech needs.

I brought in my old iPad Pro hoping to get a new battery because it wasn't holding a charge well. I only use it for reading the newspaper, checking emails & FaceTime and didn't want to spend the money for a new iPad. They quoted me a reasonable price and I said ok. The person behind the counter then said it wasn't a good investment because he thought, based on looking at the screen, the machine would probably totally crash soon. I really appreciated his honesty and his forgoing a sale to stop me from wasting my money. If I ever have another tech problem I would definitely go there.

They consistently push for you to buy new phones or other tech, which would be helpful if anyone ACTUALLY HAD enough money to replace the technology.Update: Phone power button repair happened initially on Oct 21st at 12:35 pm, according to the receipt. Phone power button broke again and had 2nd repair done on Wed Nov 8th. Nov 12th, had to go in yet again for the same repair. Now, it's Nov 25th, and this is the 4th repair. Don't go to Asurion, go to any other repair store. I got quoted by another repair shop and what was a $118 repair is now $89.99 with a five-year guarantee. I still have to go to Asurion, because I need it for work tomorrow and I don't have the funds to go to the other repair shop :( Wish me luckOld review: Quick, relatively cheap, and I have a 1-year warranty. This is the place to go for any tech repair needs.

The experience was awesome. It was quick and simple. The customer service was excellent. I wish I would have asked for the name of the person who took my device. He explained the process, was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. The response time was super fast even shorter than initially stated. Keep up the good work and kudos to the Oxnard Asurion staff.

One star is all I feel is warranted. I had brought my Xbox One in to get JUST cleaned & everything was in 100% working condition & when I had gotten home to play some games, the disc drive was not working. Which I thought was odd because it had been working perfectly fine beforehand.So I had went back in & asked if they would be able to do the repair for free since they ended up breaking it when it was formerly in 100% condition & I don't think it's a big fix. Whoever had helped me, had changed his demeanor as soon as I asked that. And then just made some "You can file a claim" thing. Which, I just wanted my freakin' console fixed because it WASN'T BROKEN before. So I got pretty frustrated & just refused to even go back there.It's a pretty sucky thing to not even offer to fix such a small thing for free since the mistake was made by you guys in the first place. So I'm sorry, but just can't give a good review knowing you've screwed me over & as well as my roomate who had brought in PS4 controllers before for stick drift & y'all "fixed" it, but then not even a few months later, the controllers just magically stop working & he had to buy new ones. He ended up cancelling his membership, or whatever y'all call it, after this incident because you guys didn't even help.So kind of surprised others have had luck. Cuz they've screwed us over. So I wanted to let people know what had gone on in our experience.

The staff at this location is awesome. They made the process of repairing my phone very easy and painless. Brought in my phone at 5pm and it was ready for pickup at the promise time the next day. Any future phone repairs I need I will definitely make the trip from Ventura to this location in Oxnard. To the powers t be who are reading this...please retain and give a raise to these exceptional employees.

The service is very good. They are certified by Samsung, and they validated the warranty of my cell phone by repairing the screen in a couple of hours.

I've been to Asurion twice and honestly it was a good experience both times. It's nice to see such a commitment to customer service. I had gone to Best Buy and they wanted to keep my phone for 7 to 10 days while anew screen comes in. Asurion replace my Fold 3 screen in 1 day! I would recommend them to anyone who has a problem with the Electronics they service.

The repair service and technicians were solid.But getting your system to keep me updated regarding an incoming part and its potential date of install and repair was unacceptable. I drove in several times and got my questions answered. We also discovered incorrect contact information on my account file. But even after correcting that data, I still had to visit Brian and the boys to get the help I needed.I am happy to have my phone working well.Thanks

Low price. Turnaround time was same day. Technician was super friendly. Phone looked brand new! Wouldn't go anywhere else for this kind of repair.

I called the store, spoke with Michael, about my cell phone's cracked screen, and potential issues resulting from the dropped phone. He suggested I visit the store. He listened to what I had to say, understood the situation, and offered options to diagnose the problem. He was calm, and very professional, and kept me updated with the progress. Thank you, Mike.
