Verizon was very cooperative in arranging service to have a tech come to the house to fix the broken glass. The appointment had a time set. On day of appointment the tech had to change due to they had him also working a job 20+ miles away. He arrived and quickly fixed the problem glass BUT caused a secondary problem in that he couldn’t get the phone to recognize anyone using facial ID. The final result after 45+ minutes he didn’t have original iPhone Apple parts to fix it and we ended up having Verizon send a new phone the next day. Maybe if the techs carried original parts they could be more efficient in fixing problems. Tech was knowledgeable, polite and honest.

This place has an amazing service. It if fast, effective and efficient. Also, I didn’t have to make appointments like in the Apple Store and didn’t have to wait to be served. My iPhone works just great now with my new screen. I totally recommend this place to repair iPhone and android as well.
