I normally reach out to a place when I'm not satisfied. But I have to say this I give 10 stars to the frost desk. They are great very caring and helpful. Unfortunately on Tuesday the Asian short female with long hair. Walked in and let me know she was newyto this type of field. She asked me what happened where was my pain I told her. Then she tells me to hold on, and comes back in and says this is not a work injury closes my chart and walks out the room. I said a xeorx box full of paper fell from a top shelf and slammed on my head, neck and, back. She's walking out the door closes it as if she's coming back. I got my stuff and walked out and asked the nurse was I supposed to be wait for her to come back? He said did I need paper work. I said don't know because that b**** was rude and walked out the room while I was talking. Any way every one in that office and upstairs are awesome. But the ,4 foot tall manly looking doctor wasn't at all professional or kind.

I don't know where to start. I am very emotional due to my injuries and PTSD. First off I don't understand the other reviews, but then again I came from "Coastal Occupational Center" across the street. Where they treat you worse than cattle and the wait is around three hours at times. The doctors also treated me and several of my employees like garbage and put us back to work when we were injured. As an officer working for the state, I was tired of less than sub par treatment and neglect from coastal. So when I was finally told I could come here to "US Health works". I was happy to finally be seen by doctors who not only spent there time with me, but who didn't rush me. Yes not all the doctors are are the same, and I was seen by a woman who treated me not the best (in the Camarillo office). But for the most part all the doctors are very professional and fair and their diagnoses. Specially here in the Oxnard facility, I have never had an issue and I have received nothing but the best service (When it comes to work comp doctors). When I first entered this office, I didn't notice tons of people like "Coastal" and I was seen by a doctor in less than two hours for once. The doctors also spent time with me and didn't treat me like an idiot, like "Coastal" would. Also what I love about these facilities, is that you can also do your physical therapy, chiropractic care, and acupuncture in the same facility. This was not the case with my previous doctors and it was a headache to see three different doctors for care at three different facilities. Also, US health works gives you supposed to take home. That are not only of great quality, but they also give you expensive equipment that other places don't give you. All I even got from "coastal" was a cheap ice pack and meds. This facility gave me quality ice packs, electrical heating pad, a tens unit that is expensive and several other items that I never got from the other facility. Also everyone that I have gotten this facility has been nothing but nice and sweet to me. From the PT specialist to the acupuncturist and including their surgeon. I have to say that overall I have gotten consistent great care any fair opinion, considering that they are work comp doctors. I don't understand the other reviews and I'm not here to criticize. But I feel that when you've gotten horrific care from other providers that work for Worker's Comp., You can see the difference in their type of care. These doctors immediately gave me MRIs and never hesitated to do certain exams. That other facilities don't even bother doing and therefore give diagnoses that are not accurate. I also have to give a special thank you to all the staff members who have taken their time talking to me, when I was not doing so well. Being injured takes a toll on you, and I have to say that the staff members here take the time to talk to you. They also go out of their way to see how you're doing and also provided me with emotional support. I have to give a special thanks to Lupita, Who always takes her time answering my questions and also helping me with my paperwork. Also the receptionist upstairs in the physical therapy department (who's name I forgot, but she has a long beautiful hair and is always full of life helping out). Also Angela is one of the best acupuncturist I have ever been to, she takes her time with all of her clients and is the sweetest person I have met. Angela has also provided me with emotional support and takes her time with me when I needed it. If I could vote for her to get an award, I would she is just amazing. Finally I wanted to also talk about Adam who is a great physical therapist and very funny. I cannot pronounce his doctors name, but he is the orthopedic doctor there. Overall he's always been very fair with me and has taken the time to test me and make sure that I have been diagnosed properly. He has also given me very good advice about my care and has been very thorough and profess

Worst place ever. I waited 3 hours for each of my two visits. It's absolutely ridiculous. This is unacceptable. I am going to another clinic instead.

I hate coming to this facility because the wait time is horrible. The only acceptable is Dr. Traylor. He's the only one that seems to know his job and great at it.

The worst urgent care ever. They never keep appointments you always waite an hour + after you appointment. Do yourself a favor and switch to a different urgent care if possible
