“This shop is a Godsend!!! I don't have enough words to express my appreciation. On the way home from work, I hit a piece of tire tread on the freeway. I called Parras and they stayed open to help me. The guys were kind, professional and courteous. They removed the bottom cover from my car (which was dragging) and helped clean out my trunk so I could take it with me. I am grateful to have found such an honest mechanic. I was in a bad spot with 40 miles to get home, and they didn't take advantage. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Parras. “Fernando and his son Alvaro have been our mechanic(s) for over 15 years! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They have had our, (my mom and I), backs every time we need help with one of our cars. They have been amazing at helping us with our budget and giving us choices of what is best to do in every car need we have had whether it be a: the car overheated, needed a smog check, new engine!, new transmission, time for a new old car, time for a new car, air conditioning, tune ups, and more than I can name!

“First time there, took it in for what I thought was a transmission issue after they diagnosed it took it for a test drive. They said it really wasn't the transmission but my truck was shooting off some other codes that I should get looked at if fixing those codes doesn't fix the issue bring it back and they'll look at it again no charge for their analysis.”

“Mountain View oil changes seem to be the cheapest in town! Been coming here 2 years now for oil changes, bought 4 tires here, and have had maintenance done. Every time I feel like I got a great deal! Very knowledgeable! One thing I love about here is they never upsell you. They will outline recommendations, but never push the sell - and I really appreciate that.”
