Wonderfull Experience. I had a collsion and these guys made my tesla event beeter then the orginal vresion of the paint and feel of the car. I highly recommended Tony's body shop.

Customer Comments: There is not another Family Business in Ventura County anything like Tony’s Body Shop. Over the past 25 years I have observed their 1) absolute excellence in.quality control, 2) outstanding advanced technology not found at many or many other body shops, 3) however, what sets Tonys apart from all others is the exemplary customer service, which is also reflected in the way everyone of their employees is treated as if they were all family. I’ve watched the Flores family invest themselves in the unity & loyalty & care of every single employee regardless of how long they work there or the obstacles in their lives. We as customers go through those same challenges, I can absolutely testify that my life & the responsibility of keeping my vehicles in like-new-condition has been made less complicated by the way they have taken responsibility for repairs & gone the extra mile every time I’ve come in for an estimate. BTW: Congratulations on your new Tony’s Body Shop in Ventura which is opening very soon! You’re going to need a third location just to park / process cars in the future. Amazing experience. Not a single complaint. From the moment I arrived for a quote to when I picked up my vehicle from repairs, they were professional, cordial, knowledgeable, etc. etc. etc. Everything I expected from their glowing reviews. I was notified when anything occurred, good or bad (the only bad was from my insurance company!). They helped me maneuver through all of the insurances requests perfectly. These people know what they are doing. I will absolutely return should I ever need their services and I have already told my friends and family about them.

I recently had my car repaired at Tony’s Body Shop, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They took the time to explain the repair process and kept me updated throughout.
The quality of the work was outstanding; my car looks as good as new! They even transported my vehicle to my job site, which was a pleasant surprise. I appreciated their transparency with pricing and timelines, and they completed the job ahead of schedule.

Paul helped me out, the overall customer service was great, the coffee wasn't great, but didn't matter once I forgot my keys inside my car after being dropped off at work. I called and they drove all the way to my job to drop off my keys necessary for work. I was impressed and appreciated for that.
