Towing company says open 24 hours but they are not. If they are the company that tows your car & has it in their lot, they are not available hardly ever. They make their own hours. Bad for business.

Terrible customer service. Seems like whoever answers the phone is always mumbling and speaks in a low voice. I don’t recommend their service to anyone. Stay clear from this business

Tom went above and beyond helping me move two shipping containers from ojai all the way to Malibu!Once on site he made sure to position them exactly where I wanted and made many adjustments to make sure I was happy.The owner of this company took his entire Labor Day to make sure everything ran so smoothly and efficiently. I was so appreciative and happy. He really took the time to communicate with me and plan it out accordingly. I wish I could leave 10 stars!!Tom’s dedication to customer service is top notch. He will always be my first call.With the cost of diesel and time the price was extraordinarily reasonable.

Tom's Towing was awesome last night. I was almost home when a tire blew. Called my roadside assistance and 3 hour later I found out no one was coming. I then proceeded to call Black on Black towing which has helped me before. Only to find out it was $225 for less than a 10 mile tow. I called Tom's Towing which I have also used in the past many times.10-15 min later the truck showed up and was extremely reasonable.(even gave the driver a $20 tip for his awesome service.) Tom's went over and beyond to make sure I got home. ONLY TOMS FROM NOW ON.Service: Car towing

Do not recommend Tom's towing at all. Towing company located on Sherwin Ave in Ventura. Use their service only if you want to get ridiculed, cussed at and treated unfairly. I completely understand that the employee/owner was called by the rental apartments to tow, however absolutely no customer service awareness and communication skills demonstrated by the employee/owner who attempted to tow. He even bargained on a set a price seeing the car owner's helplessness of not being able to continue a work day with no car. Stated he could lower the price if paid in cash. Also demonstrated discrimination base on car owners race and skin color. There were a total of 11 cars parked on the rental apartment property in fire lanes, no parking spots and one even in a disabled spot with no tags. He picked my car even when I arrived in time before it got towed and went ahead to negotiate the price for him to not tow it.No need of such dishonest and discriminatory businesses in our city of ventura.

Terrible business practices.I would have understood the $285 tow charge, but they also charged me $115 just to process the transaction and they charged me for a full 24 hours of storage even though my car was in the yard for less than 3 hours.Essentially their business practice is exploitation.My recommendation to the business owner is to have some level of integrity try a contract with AAA or something rather than exploiting individuals for revenue.Service: Special vehicle towing

I do want to admit, I did accidentally cut your employee off on the 5 North. I honestly didn't mean, he was on my blind spot, and I do apologize. Instead of flipping my daughter and I off, I have a few suggestions. Maybe he could of honked his horn before or after I cut him off. Instead he showed road rage in front of me and many motorists. I know that if I wasn't the one being flipped off, I would definitely have second thoughts about using your company. In fact I would be scared of your drivers. I know that I will never use your company and I wonder how many times he has expressed anger out on the road and on the freeway. How many of your employees act in this manner. I will let my friends and family members know not to trust or use your company. I do suggest you speak with your employees, especially the person in the picture I sent to you.

Tom’s Towing showed me so much grace. I have been going through a really difficult time in my life and the employee who showed up at 9:15pm on a Monday night was so understanding of my situation with my vehicle. Thank you guys so much!

A good start would be to remove the website page advertising 5th wheel towing that you can’t do. Next would be to train employees on inquiries about the 5th wheel towing that you advertise you are the go to company but no longer can do.
