First time coming to this Tilly's in town I was greeted by with such good vibes it was very clean and organized so easy to find things, Eric was so kind and very helpful found exactly what I wanted will be back soon!!

The cashier who checked me out (fleekin' brows, and lashes like butterflies) was really helpful and cool. ?I love their stuff. They have every kind of clothing from men's to boy's to girl's and lady's. Huge jewelery selection.

The service was going great until one of their employees started harassing me and my friend who we both are underage, I believe his name is Enrique. I genuinely love this store but after that horrible experience I will no longer be going to this store.

first majority of the sale associates were wonderful so kind and helped point me in the right direction for amazing gifts this holiday season! I was greeted by the store manager I believe her name was landyn, although her greeting was kind I felt ignored and every time I asked her personally for help she passed it on to an associate. And I understand it's a busy time but I just felt like it was lazy because there wasn't many people in the store . All she did was continue to talk to other employees that work and pay no mind to the customers willing to spend their hard working money . I would rate it better but the store manager really made it a disappointing experience.

As an example, I bought a cycling skort with capri knickers. I didn't wear them soon after purchase because the weather didn't warrant it. Well, when I finally wore them, a seam on the leg ripped on the first wear. Even though it had been way more than 30 days, exchanging the skort was simple. I didn't even need my receipt because it was in my Tillys member information.

Overpriced rarely any sales and when you order on line and buy a sale item you get exactly what you pay for lol ordered an xs in women. Looks like a size 4t in toddlers.

Every time I walk into Tilly's I am always greeted with so many smiles and welcomes. I love feeling welcomed into a store. The sales associates/management there are very helpful! They make shopping so much easier. Esplanade Tilly's also does a fantastic job at following COVID-19 protocols by wearing mask and keeping everything sanitized after every customer. I for sure will be back here to continue me shopping!

I needed a ball cap and bought a clip back Pendleton. Good hat but small and all their hats were small. Lady friend found lots of stuff she liked though.
