Its a nice area but there is homeless breaking into the property my packages have been gone missing twice. The office staff takes long to answer the phone at times one of the staff ladies did not seem to want to help me and copped an attitude and claimed she had been slammed with work.I also spoke to the property Manager once who seemed nice at first but became very rude. Office is closed earlier then 5pm on Saturdays the times I went down and they always say its only one staff member but I went down a few times to the office also did my husband in one day considering that they probably stepped out for a little but they still were not back. Not to mention the pet issues are out of control here and people do not pick up after themselveswe had higher expectations for this place

This place has good parking. also The apartment itself is nice and well-designed compared to other places I have seen in Ventura and Oxnard. the management is very cooperative. many times my credit card did not work and they never charged me late fees. Thanks, Samantha, Linda, and the team. they are nice people. the place has a very good gym and good social activities too, and the location is the best in Oxnard in my opinion. The only thing they need to work on is the cleanliness of the aisles in higher floors like the second and third. Other than this, I am so happy with my rent. I don't think I will leave unless it gets more expensive. But I am happy I am here

Very nice apartment. It wasn't cleaned very well by past tenant but that's okay. Dryer lint trap has old lint caked on. But washer and dryer work so that's fine. Parking garage is convenient. Staff is super friendly in leasing office. Storage is provided to renters if needed for small fee. Very convenient. A lot of dog urine smells in the concrete hallways. One entrance up by front leasing office isn't locked so no point of key dongle. The gym is amazing. There's an included spin room for cycling as well. I wish there was a pool, for this much money. Overall it's a very quiet soundproofed apartment and very little noise heard. The units include air conditioning which I e never had before. Carpets are brand new. Flooring is brand new but not secured very well we have a few planks popping up that we have to mention to leasing office soon.weve been here one full week and I love it. Garbage cans included with apartment had a dead animal smell to them so we put them outside on balcony and bought our own cans. So other than looking like a hospital inside the building the actual units are amazing. I'd definitely recommend these to anyone moving the Oxnard as it's close to everything fun. Receptionist in leasing office is rude and gets bothered when asked questions, they also always close earlier than the supposed closing time.

Best apartment complex I have lived in. From all the amenities provided, professional staff and maintenance crew, location, and friendly neighbors. Would highly recommend The Junction at Wagon Wheel Apartments to anyone looking for a new home.

Have been living here for 4 months now and have been loving it. It's a beautiful community and so many nice neighbors. The leasing office ladies are the sweetest and are always there when we need them. If they don't answer, they always return your call same day.

We lived at the Junction for two years before buying at the Oxford Flats in the same area. Mandy, Samantha and the rest of the management team were awesome. Never had any issues living here.

Well secure but they need to speak with tenants dog p*** and pee on the sidewalks and vehicles blocking the entrance to get in.

I have lived here since the very beginning in 2018. I have rented two different units and both have went completely smooth. The ladies in the office are extremely helpful and very reliable. If you have visited the Wagon Wheel area you have seen the new development going up. We have our convenience store about to open and we are excited about that. It has been amazing to see it start from blank spaces to what it is now. If you're looking to live in a great area with so much more to come, I recommend The Junction.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE WHERE WE LIVE!!!! From the moment we came to apply over a year ago till today every single person has been amazing. Mandy Hall (manager) has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy & taken care of. Samantha & all the girls are great. They make me never wanna leave this place & I don’t think I will ? If your looking for a new home & the comfort of knowing matters are taken care of quickly. THIS IS THE HOME FOR YOU! We’ve lived at other properties and once we moved in our experience was not pleasant. This is by far the best management I’ve ever had and truly holds up to the standard of luxery living. :)

Mandy & Samantha , are extremely awesome here at THE JUNCTION. They show's lots of care for tenants and always carrying themselves with professional manners. Also the neighborhood/ environment at The junction is safe very family feel with great people throughout the community ....And its a must , i mention Maintenance .,what a wonderful crew, these guys definitely gets the job done ... I love it here ...and when you call the office's someone always there to make time when i do come across issues or concerns.... Thanks U Guys!!, Very Very much for making me feel at home ))

When looking for an apartment with all the amenities and safe area this was a perfect match. Samantha Martinez helped walk us through all the steps and made sure our apartment was perfect for move in day. She is always there to answer our questions and makes sure everything is still running smooth.

I am currently a resident here at The Junction I'm so happy with the communication and help Shalanee has given to me. If I had any issues they were fixed either same day or the next day. All staff is very helpful as well. Maintenance is also on top of keeping our complex up to date and clean. We have a very nice gym and clubhouse that is always cleaned, can't wait for this pandemic to be over so we can have access to those amenities again. Thank you Shalanee for being amazing and catering to all my needs here at The Junction at Wagon Wheel
