Great customer service and product. We bought flooring four years ago and since then we’ve
had a flood in our house and need to redo our flooring. Enrique has been awesome helping us find something close to our original flooring as the flooring we have
is now discontinued.

I came in on a Friday after having gone to several other stores for my flooring project and the difference in customer experience was noticeable at The Flooring Factory. (I ended up picking up all my flooring yesterday because I had no doubts in my mind). They listened to me, answered all my questions, and gave me honest advice as if they were in my shoes. I will definitely be going back to them in the future and strongly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience with the Flooring Factory. I found them online through videos and from the first call I made just inquiring about some flooring options Enrique helped me along the entire process over multiple days while we were deciding what flooring to go with. He helped explain all of the different options and what was needed with the flooring and how it could be shipped all the way to us out of state With a great price and unbelievable customer service. They called back a number of times when they said they would to confirm orders and shipments and tracking numbers and the flooring and material arrived right when they said it would. It was a seamless process and we are so happy we went with the Flooring Factory.

I came here to look at flooring for an entire home. I got a quote from Enrique. Based off the price, The Flooring Factory had the best prices for what I was looking for. I received especially helpful, friendly service from Enrique that I find worthy of mention. He helped me with a small order for laminate flooring that other stores no longer carried - in fact, a rep from another store told me that the item was "discontinued" and that all I could do was buy another color that was similar. Enrique also directed me where to find the baseboard that the Flooring Factory no longer carried.

Enrique has been AMAZING through this entire process of choosing our new floors. He helped educate us on the process of choosing the right product. Our family comes with three toddlers so we are always a little of a tornado where ever we go. Enrique made the process so easy answering all our questions and helping us do things as efficiently and easily as possible. We live in San Diego and finding the right floor has been a real challenge. We've been looking online and flooring shops around, nothing. My wife found The Flooring Factory on Instagram and we decided to make the 4-hour trip to Oxnard, probably the best decision we made. We walked into the store and see all the samples, immediately the experience become overwhelmed, but Enrique was there to change the experience. He helped us a lot. He gave us all information we needed it and guided us to choose from 3 different options, more than that, he gave us a full plank of each of the options to take home and make sure it was the correct one. I am glad he did it, this was the game changer for us. Thanks to Enrique and the Flooring Factory we know we are getting the best for our house.

Had the best experience at Flooring Factory. The sales reps are very helpful and professional. I directly worked with Enrique and he quickly solved my problem. He helped me pick out beautiful floors. I wish I had known about this place months ago. I would not have wasted my time at big retailers. I'm glad I found them! Will come back again for my next project.
