I never write reviews but this time I felt the need to express my awesome experience from start to finish, Donald went infinity and beyond for me. I was rear ended 3 weeks ago and I have been under so much stress with everything that comes with that, with in a few days I was back into my second vehicle I have purchased from Donald. He keeps it’s real and let’s you know what he need from you to make sure there is no hiccups during the process over all 10/10 A1you want a deal find Donald you will not be disappointed!

Took my Nissan Sentra in for service this morning and I was immediately greeted with a welcoming good morning by Robert, he helped make the process so easy and fast, specially since I was on a time crunch because of work. He even went above and beyond to get me a shuttle for work. I didn’t end up needing it but the gesture was very much appreciated. I dropped my car off while I went to work. The entire time he was communicating with me via text message and giving me his suggestions on what I should have done first, the most important things then the ones that could wait a lil longer. That was awesome because usually most dealerships just want to take your money so I really appreciated that. Not to mention he honored one of my expired coupons so for that THANK YOU Robert! Really cool and professional guy. Today’s service was definitely a 10/10.

I bought a 2019 f150 from team Nissan and they really screwed me over bad. They obviously knew that there was major problems with the truck but did not tell me. I told their sales manager I was thinking about suing and I can tell by the look on his face he was very concerned. I've had some issues and my family life and was not able to follow through. I should have. I should have sued them.

I can only advise against this dealership. After a brake service, the brake calliper came loose after a short drive because it wasn't screwed on properly. Fortunately, I noticed it before I could no longer brake and would have caused an accident (towing and additional workshop visit).
My wiper water sensor was also defective. A repair would have cost more than 500 dollars. A replacement part from AMAZON cost 24 dollars and 30 minutes of labor.
I no longer trust the dealership!

Nissan and their dealer Robert Reyes sold me a BMW that would cost me $5,000 and 8 or more service visits and repairs the first THREE months of having the car and refused to help me figure out some solutions. They attempted to repair the car themselves and failed over 2/3 service visits, broke my A/C, couldn’t fix that, Left a 3 foot crack across my windshield and eventually released to car to BMW and told me “there’s nothing we can do for you”.
AND their finance rep, Salvador Grover lied to my face that he got me at a lower interested rate than what was on the contract just wanted to get me in the office to sign. Talk about taking advantage of a first time car buyers. Really disappointed in this place, they have no business selling BMWs, let alone trying to fix them.

My experience at Team Nissan was wonderful! I was treated courteously and with respect. The Costco sales rep, Mitch Freeman , kept strictly to the deal we had negotiated in advance,. He did not try to push “ dealer add-ons” or other gimmicks. He was honest and up front. He respected the deal we had negotiated on my trade- in and did not try to low ball me. I left the dealership with exactly what I wanted: a 2024 white Nissan Rogue SL.. this was unlike any other experience that I have had when dealing with a car dealership. ?????
