Mark the cashier was Awesome!!!Very quick and helpful every time I go to his line .Pretty solid target when you go in the morning but does tend to get busy in the afternoon,like anywhere else.

If I did not keep track of what the prices I was supposed to be charged I would have been overcharged on every sale item. Not one came up with the correct price on the register. Also many items on the Xmas sale rack are not on sale. Typical bait and switch. Everything says 50% until you get to the register. I advise everyone to check the prices ringing up on the register s this is not the first time it has happened at Target!

Not clean at all Starbucks drinks with mold in the shelves it’s honestly so disgusting.. not to mention most of the body lotions are all opened.

My husband and I did our weekly grocery shopping at the Oxnard West Target store today. While checking out, we noticed the extremely high bill (vs. what's typical), so I checked the receipt when we arrived at our vehicle in the parking lot.I noticed that we were accidentally charged $71.99 for a box of 8 Peanut Butter Perfect Bars (cost per bar is usually $2.50 per, and should've been roughly $20 instead of $72). So, we headed to the Customer Service counter inside the store and Lucia helped us.We explained the situation and showed Lucia the receipt, and she quickly and effectively resolved the overcharge. We were both very grateful for how friendly and efficient she was - it's not always easy to maintain a good attitude when your main purpose is to resolve customer issues and questions. She made the whole thing pretty easy and fast... which we appreciated very much.Great customer service! Thank you, Lucia!!!

Excellent store! Clean and customer service is awesome! Of course if store is busy you can expect delays but its not to bad. Wide variety of products in every aisle shelves nicely stocked! You pay for what you get prices are decent!

Poor service, despicable, irresponsible and unhygienic. I went to this target to get a gift card and I went to the self checkout(I was in a rush)and I asked the employee how to scan the gift card and so she helped me but I asked her that "don't we need to activate the gift card" and that employee said "no you don't, the Machine activates the gift card " and I asked if she was sure and she was "sure" and then she left. I SPENT $25 ON THAT GIFT CARD . So I went home and I tried to use the gift card and it didn't work and It said that it needed to be activated and I'm not able to go back to ask the manager because the machine wasn't working. Also a week before I went to that same target and I was shopping with my kids and my daughter had to the restroom, so I took her to the restroom and on my way to the restroom some employee was running and they pushed me on accident and they didn't say anything, they just left and in the restroom it was really dirty and unhygienic and the employee got mad at me and yelled at me that I couldn't use the restroom so I had to leave and I went somewhere else so my daughter can use the restroom.

Wish I could put zero at self check out the lady assumed I was stealing even though I only had one item in had. Should have gone to Camarillo or just go on Amazon way better and easier

This is a full service Target. It has a large covered parking lot, Starbucks, CVS pharmacy, grocery store, an optician, and everything else you expect for a Target. The produce department is inadequate.

I absolutely LOVE all the new upgrades! Gives the feeling of a mini shopping mall. The only thing that is missing is for them to bring the Snack Bar back!! My daughter & I enjoy a bag of popcorn & a soft pretzel w/ cheese.... YUMMY! The prices are going up like everywhere else, I strongly recommend downloading the Target app for additional savings & rewards!

Understaffed - online orders take a minimum of 4 hours, waiting in line to check out takes at least 20 minutes. Parking is crowded and always full.

Store bathrooms are always so dirty and unkept. Also after when I was washing my hands the sink water smelled soooo disgusting like sewer.

Newly remodeled. They enlarged the Starbucks and removed the Snack Bar. Some sections have been relocated. There is a new Apple section and Disney area.

Time to grab my 7 items: 3 minutes. Time spent in checkout line watching checker slowly unfold,scan, and refold a dozen identical towels: 20 minutes. You had 12 available counters with only 3 open to serve about 100 people in line. Is there is no one responsible to notice that the lines are so long that they are wrapping so far into the main isle that people don’t even know which line they are in? Instead of wasting millions of dollars renovating the store, hire 5 more cashiers. The new layout has zero affect on my shopping experience but waiting 20 minutes in line seriously negatively affects it. For years, EVERY SINGLE TIME that I have shopped this store, it has taken far longer to check out than it did to shop. Also, every single time that I have shopped here for years, I have regretted it. I there was any alternative within walking distance, I would never shop here again. Even more upsetting is seeing signs everywhere saying “Target run and done” and “Hope you had fun on your Target run”…yeah, I have so much fun spending 20 minutes in line to check out every single time I shop here. If you can’t manage to smoothly get people through checkout on the first Friday of October, how the hell do you think you will be able to manage the holiday season?!? It is years past due for the manager of this store to be fired.
