Well, I had a wonderful experience at this car wash. Everyone including the Manager were very kind, courteous, and professional. I will not go back to the one near 5th and Victoria in Oxnard. Sometimes they don't have to say anything - just a look sometimes says it all.

Good place, but wouldn't help me find my ring that my grandmother gave me, it was very sentimental someone that doesn't have a heart couldn't turn it in, karma works in mysterious ways!

Paid for the ultimate wash for $18. Instead I received the epic wash which cost $14. Went to complain. I was told that I could go through the wash again. Otherwise, sorry can't help you.

Avoid this place if you don’t want to get ripped off. I went in for a wash about a month ago and paid for the highest service (extreme wash). At the end of the wash, a flashing sign said I had just received the lowest service wash. I was kind of in a hurry and also I understand people make mistakes so I didn’t think too much into it.
I went back in this afternoon and again paid for the extreme wash (best option). At the end of the wash the sign flashed I received the lowest option. I spoke to the manager and he was very uninterested about what I had to say and said they were busy. I asked for a refund for the difference in price and he rudely said no they don’t offer refunds. I will not be going back to this place.

Some drive through don't dry but this one dry about 97% of the water. The air and vacuum will do the rest. Great place to wash and go quickly.

Just one, otherwise I would give it minus 10 because apart from paying 20 I had to clean it myself because I don't dry it or wash it well ????
