The store manager, Juan Alonso, at StorQuest in Oxnard has definitely proven to be a true professional. Juan assisted me in taking care of my complex self-storage unit situation. He provided excellent customer service over the phone, and in person, he was thorough to the point that he caught an error on the account that was overlooked for years. This is a store manager that understands your needs and finds answers and solutions to resolve any issue. His attention to detail and attentiveness makes a difference in wanting to continue doing business at this location. Thank you Juan for being excellent.
