I went in and Gloria helped me , shw is so sweet and kind! She is the best she explained in detail and helped me in a way that best fit my needs! I will continue to go to her! She helped me with the best dealsuited for me and my family! She needs a raise! Her customer service is exceptional! She is so welcoming and treated my family and myself as her own when helping!!

Over priced. Plus when you cancel their service they don't prorate the final bill. You end up paying for a service you didn't use.

You better like it here or else you'll have to drive to Thousand Oaks! Lol! We received awesome service today by Jason! My other favorite representative is Raymond. They both have professional customer service and were very patient breaking down the services. Spectrum is a great company and as a long time customer you have to learn to just be patient.

1/28/2024 If you ever have a reason to go INto a spectrum "service center" (or even on the phone with them for any reason) you should always ask for them to show you or refer you the screen of all your services, equipmnent and charges. Through personal experience three times, I can 99% guarentee you are paying for something you have not authorized, asked for or probably even know is included in your monthly bill for years! (and I do not mean taxes). Good example: ask them if one of your basic Cable Boxes are a cable box/DVR combination, modle number ending in 610. Thats extra and I was paying for that additional cost for 5 years without wanting it. Why do you think they do not have an itemized bill on your paper or online statement?

So my (74) parents use Spectrum; my mother was trying to hook a new phone up. Lupe acted as if we were keeping her from something. She seemed irritated that she had to explain things more than once. She spoke as quietly as possible, so a need to repeat came again. Listen, if you aren't capable of putting yourself in an elderly person's shoes, then let someone else help them. You made my mom leave feeling like she was stupid. She is a frail 74 year old woman who just needed a little patience.

Where is the negative star option bcos that's what they would get. The worst customer service and the worst part is they excuse their rudeness to being busy. Luis has to go and the girl with fake blond hair, rude people. I think her name is isabeth, or something like that. Dear Spectrum, With all the money you make, sure you can afford to train the staff for friendly customer service or based on your reviews, hire new people. Hope to dump you soon.

Internet jumped from 45 to 60 then 85 dls, people at this office convinced me to renew the internet and get mobile and cable thru a discount program. Internet didn't work, spent almost 2 hours on the phone and talked to 7 different representatives. Had to return equipment, new equipment works but 2 days later I'm out of the discount program and I have to return to the office to fix the new issue and cancel services for which I don't qualify for...this is not even the end...more to come
