Solar Xpertz has helped me tint about 5 cars already, every car has been on point that's why I keep coming back. This business is laid back and relaxed yet professional, they set up appointments and value your time by having your car ready when promised. The film being used and the installation is always of the best quality. I've have tint for about 6 years with no bubbles and has not turned purple. When it comes to the warranty please keep your receipt, film has no serial number or barcode or any identifiable characteristics to help identify the film and where it has installed, the business is just trying to not get played. Stop Crying.

Took my Ford here in July 2019. Had the front two windows done as the back ones were tinted already and I just wanted them to match. It was great until last week when the driver side peeled off when I was on a 3000 mile road trip so I took the driver side off as he was getting stuck in the door panel. Now a week later, the passenger side is peeling up from the bottom as well. I called the shop and they said bring the receipt and they will look at it but there's no guarantee that they could do anything because I peeled the tint off, I don't know how I'm supposed to drive 3000 miles with peeling tint on my window but that's ridiculous, they'll try anything to brush you off with no warranty let alone how am I supposed to have a receipt from three years ago they don't put anyone's information in a computer they give you a hand written receipt that's 4" x 6" and expect you to keep it as a warranty. I'll find another shop that can stand behind their work and not do a shoddy job. Obviously, it's a problem with the install if it happened a week apart and the three other windows don't even have an issue but they were done by someone else. Great business model.

Just got my new 2022 Subaru Impreza sport In may and was looking for a good place to get my car tinted. My boyfriend gave me the number for Solar Xpertz and WOW! He did an amazing job and had all four windows done in a matter of a couple hours! Would highly recommend! You won't regret it!

Heard about this company thru a friend. Family owned and operated - they have been in the tint business for over 20 years so they know what they're doing. Owners Allen and Austin were both knowledgeable and very helpful with the questions i had. Brought my BMW in that had some bubbling on the windows. They gave me a very honest assessment and suggested that i go with ceramic film. I was a little concerned about the cost and time to remove and replace everything.... But Allen gave me a very fair deal. And let me tell you - the quality of work is worth every penny!!! Thank you solarxpertz! I will be taking my other cars to you and recommend my friends to do the same

Allen did a fantastic job on my Tesla. It was perfect. I had the ceramic tint and I love it. Excellent work. Price was so reasonable. Highly recommended. Best to make an appointment as this place gets really busy.

I've gone to solar xpertz for a while. It's not my first time getting my windows tinted. and I've never had issues until now. Over the phone booking my appointment. No issues. Then my day comes and i get my car back and notice from the day I got it. My driver side front door window has bubbles and the water bubbles too. So I left it for 2 days not doing anything Til I take the car back. I explained the concern to them and they said they would fix it. Which i was happy with. heres where the issue comes. i received the call saying my car was ready. when I arrive i approached a different man than who I spoke with earlier and the first thing he said was "who rolled down the window?" we only rolled it down not even an Inch. And the issue is not with the company, the issue I have is the fact he blames us for how the tint was. we explained to him that that was how the tint came when we picked it up. but I still was respectful and gave him the benefit of the doubt. I'll still be coming here because ive only done solar xpertz tinting since my dad introduced them. I just thought this should be brought to someone's attention. Not asking for anything in return but to be more aware.

The customer service is literally terrible it seems all they care about here is making money there is another location in Ventura that is way cheaper and friendlier there is no reason why I should be paying 200 dollars to tint 5 windows meanwhile the other location is charging me less not the first bad experience I've had here on a previous car they didn't even clean all the leftover tint out of my car

We had several business cars that needed tint. Solar Xpertz were able to do it super quick and they got us in and out with no problem and at a great price. We've been very happy with the tint, and it looks like a $1 million. Would definitely recommend.

Like the fact that it's first come first served! Guy was friendly and knowledgeable!! Dropped off my truck at 8 am and it was ready by 12pm!! Fast and easy, and did I mention quality work.
