I want to start out by saying a special thank you to Staci and a huge shout out to DAVID BARAJAS! I’m leaving a poor review because of some specific dissatisfactions. 1- Staci and her team where not on the same page on documents that needed to be submitted. Staci needs to do a better job of training the team in order to avoid miscommunication.2- Upon successful closing My wife and I were promised a ring camera or gift card in exchange for a positive review. After completing the review we were ghosted and no communication until today June 11 after a bad review. My friend also did not receive any gift as promised. I called Staci and emailed her and emailed Andrew and no response. We feel as if they just cared about closing and do not care for a follow up.

I purchased a house back in March, my husband and I worked with David Barajas & Staci. David was amazing through the whole process, very helpful and honest. Would definitely like to work with him in the future with other purchases. Staci was good she answered my multiple questions and was available most of the time. Her employees on a couple of occasions were not on the same page as Staci. Not sure were the disconnect was however, for a transaction like this one would hope to get accurate information. We were told if we completed a good survey we would receive a gift in exchange. After we finalized the transaction we never heard from Staci or her team. My husband wrote a negative review and they contacted us immediately. Yet no communication from March until today June 11th. Our friends who also worked with them never received the gift as well. At this point its not about the gift its about the principle. Seems like theres a tendency here of unfulfilled promises.

I cannot express how grateful we are for having Staci help us purchase our first home. As first time home buyers, we were clueless on how everything worked. She took the time to really break each step down and make us feel comfortable with such a big decision. One thing that really stood out to us was how communicative she was compared to other lenders we spoke with prior to her. She always responded in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best possible deal and rate in this crazy market. Staci is simply AMAZING!! We were having such a hard time with a previous lender/loan officer it was becoming a nightmare, until we met Staci. Our realtor suggested we talk to her to get a fresh set of eyes on this process and it was the best thing that could of happened. After we shifted over with Staci the whole processed moved fast (in a positive way). She was welcoming, understanding, transparent and most importantly HONEST. As a first time homebuyer there are so many fears and so many unknowns, but Staci guided us in each step. She helped us understand the numbers, terminology and was constantly looking for the best deal for us. She definitely made this ride less scary. Not to mention her accessibility, she always answered our messages and phone calls. 10/10 would highly recommend her to anyone.
