We bought our new bed from Sleep Number in Oxnard. The whole experience was great. Our salesperson, Sean, was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The whole sales process was very professional and low pressure. Would recommend checking them out for anyone looking for a new bed/mattress. Not cheap, but we are confident it will be worth it.

Sean Frye was extremely helpful in explaining the in and outs of the Sleep Number system. He listened to what our needs would be and really helped us decide what bed and platform would be best for us!Sean is personable and does not pressure people to make a decision quickly. We were able to try the beds again in our local store and the salesmen there(Steve and Alan) were also wonderful. Our experience so far has been excellent!

Find an old bed and replace the top foam. That is the perfect bed. the new beds are not as strong as the old ones.

Sean was an excellent sales man! He let us try out the mattress and play with the different numbers to see if we would like it. Sean was knowledgeable and not pushy! We loved the mattress and can't wait until it gets here!!

Was going to purchase a bed and got approved was told the bed was going to be delivered June 11th then it turned to July 19th when we just moved and don’t have a bed.

I must say the staff here all make buying a bed super easy. So helpful. Especially Big John! He was the sweetest man and made me feel comfortable spending money there. The entire staff was so awesome! If your thinking of going here for a bed do it!! You won't regret it. If I could give 10 starts for experience with these great people I would!!

We purchased a sleep number bed on April 24, 2022. Sean was very helpful and professional. The earliest deliver date was June 17, 2022. We were very disappointed to have to wait so long to start sleeping better. Yesterday I received an e-mail that our order had been delayed and the new delivery date is now July 15, 2022. We will have to wait 3 months for delivery of a bed we paid for in April. This is very poor customer service. Very impersonal to just e-mail. It would have been better to have the salesperson give us a call. We are very unhappy with the sleep number company right now. I am hoping there will be a free set of the finest sheets you sell tucked into our order as a sort of “sorry, thank you for your patience” kind of gift. If we receive another e-mail with a further delivery date, we will most certainly cancel our order and find another mattress store with better service. I’m sure there are many to chose from.

Rodrigo was an exceptional sales associate. I came in for sheets and Rodrigo told me about a pillow that he loved so I tried it and it was so nice that I ended up buying it. Multiple family members and friends tried the pillow and immediately went to order it. Within 1 week of purchasing my pillow, 10 pillows were ordered by my family and friends. Rodrigo had excellent customer service skills and was very knowledgeable. Rodrigo, if you're reading this, thank you for making my experience amazing and for changing my life with that pillow!!!
