“My Daughter's Softball Glove broke while worming up at Her Allstar Tournament, Glove is only 4 months old when I took a chance to see if they would replace it ( and I didn't have my receipt ) no questions asked, they ran my credit card through the machine and it showed the history of purchased being made 4 months ago. They were very nice and gladly exchanged it for a new one. THANK YOU BIG 5 SPORTING GOODS For Your Excellent Customer Service, and Honoring the exchange it was hassle free and I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes.”

“You can never go wrong shopping in Nordstrom Racks. This store is a big bang for your buck. While some items can be pricey depending on the brand this store is packed with deals for adults and kids. I will say that it has a great women's selection however, the kids clothing and shoes are usually lacking when I go on my bi-weekly shopping runs. This location always has great handbags at amazing prices. The skin and body care is usually a little overpriced. Other than that, there is a decent amount of parking in the front and the staff members are always kind, professional and willing to go above and beyond in the name of customer service.”

“Walked in to get a pair of Black slip on VANS. Workers did not come up to me to ask if they can help. I waited a few minutes before I went to the front to ask them if they could get me my size. Normally when bi cone in here they are fast to attend customer. So with that said this was not my first visit to the store. While I didnt have that great experience I will continue to shop here fir my shoes.”
