I will start by saying that the management of that store is not up to the task of dealing with customers in an arrogant way and personally does not serve customers. If I were the owner, I would think better about who I put in charge of a business. And the paintings are almost always far from looking the same, they always take on different tones.

Came in with no idea what color my car was. originally it was black then painted silver when I got it but there were spots that needed touch ups. Fortunately the wonderful employee was able to not only help find the right color but also help me with future projects I have down the line she was the nicest employee I have met in a while who did go beyond to help a customer thankyou again I will be back to this location for my painting needs.

Absolutely appalling. I went in to get paint and primer for my van. The assistant manager (with a birthmark on his face) was impatient with me from the moment I asked for the paint swatches and did everything he could to sell as much stuff as possible. I literally told him I need enough materials to cover 460 square feet. I am not a cheap customer either, if I trusted the guy, simply by answering my questions, I would have spent the $850 he quoted easily. He played dumb when I asked for an idea of how much coverage a gallon can meet, wasn't interested in looking at the van, didn't how many abrasive pads I would need, I don't know if there is an option of white that didn't need to be custom mixed, but he didn't offer one. I trusted my gut and didn't buy the gallon he recommended, that saved me $700, but I did get screwed on the CASE of abrasive pads he sold when I only needed one, and the $80 pint of primer that only covered HALF of the area I needed. I am a service advisor in the automotive industry and am keenly aware of the responsibility someone in capacity like his possesses and he is a slimy salesman through and through. He doesn't deserve to be an advisor, and certainly not a manager. I do not want a follow up, I do not want a refund. I just want to speak my peace and warn the next guy. If a guy like this is in charge you can bet his subordinates, and the company as a whole share similar tactics.

the store has everything the worker who is at the checkout seems not to be happy with what he does he is not friendly and answers the questions that the customer asks in a curt way bad service
