Just bought the organic kale for the first time, which apparently is supposed to be washed and ready to use. I took the kale out of my grocery bag and it ripped open, therefore I had kale all over my counter. There was a dead lady bug and several leaves with brown stuff stuck on them. First and last time buying this product!

There seems to be a problem with the collard greens. More stems than greens. I've noticed this for the last few months. I won't be making this purchase again. Better off washing and cutting the stem out yourself. The quality is horrible. If the machine is broken. YOU NEED TO FIX IT ASAP!!!! Because this is definitely a NO for me and my business.

People are nice but really slow. I checked in at 3 pm for a 4 pm appointment. Had door at 4:30 was done by 6:30. The guy inside apologized for being so slow. So I changed my review to 5 stars.
