So disappointed with the pick-up service here. Never had any trouble ordering fir pick up here until today. I put in an order to be picked up today 8-9 am. I arrived promptly at 8 as I am on my way home after working a 12 hour shift. Apparently they've switched to a different system, so today, instead of my order being ready at 8, it is now 10 minutes to 9 and my order is still "in progress ". Never had any trouble until today.Update: I went back in at 9:15 to check myself because still "in progress ". Talked to a much more pleasant staff member and was assured he would bring it right out. Not blaming the staff, there's only so much they can do but Sam's really needs to make their system better, this is unacceptable.

Worst phone customer service. I have a large item return and online it says to call before returning. So I've been calling. And calling. And calling. For a week now. Been hung up on mid transfer, hung up after 20 minute wait, put on hold just to be picked up and started over with another rep in the wrong department. Today I finally gave it my all and waited over an hour on the line. Called back on another line (while still holding) to reach other departments to talk to anyone I could. They kept forwarding me to customer service. Finally I said do not forward me. The guy in auto helped as best he could. While still on the phone with the cust service department it says, "the system cannot give you an estimate wait time because there are no representatives logged in to take your call." So there's NO ONE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. At 10am-11am. Business hours as stated by Sam's Club.Update: We were told yes we can return. Loaded it in the car, all 300 pounds. Took it in the store just to be told nope we cannot return. Wasn't compensated for anything. Time, gas, wrong information. Cancelled membership. Will never be back due to terrible customer service.

I prefer Sam's Club over Costco. Sam's is much more superior over Costco b/c Sam's have the Scan and Go features. You can order food at the cafe on your phone. Even paying for gas is much easier with thru the app. If only sams would offer more organic options.

The restrooms you guys have provided for customers that pay a membership fee is honestly kind of disgusting. I think Sam's Club can do a better job at providing a cleaner area.

Stopped by as my bf is a member. I'm a Costco gal all the way. Their products don't look as good to be honest. Just not as fresh and their brand names food items are not the best, in my opinion. I do however like the furniture they had displayed. Quality of the clothing not the best. Also ... boo not samples today lol!

Shout out to Isaiah and Jaxon. I went to purchase a large order that was extremely heavy and a lot for me to handle. They were so kind and helpful in helping me get it in my cart and out to my truck. I really appreciate their professionalism and customer service. Thank you!

Always a great shopping experience, store is well stocked, great employees - always find things I didn't know I needed . I like the check out, moves faster then the other big box stores.

Do not sign up with the ATT specials there at SAMS Club. It is all a scam. The reps tell you a certain amount like $115 a month for 5 lines but when you get your bills it is about $50 more per month The reps name that I worked with was Rebecca.

While its not saying alot, I'd rather shop here than at the costco in town even though they never have everything I'm looking for and the store always smells kinda funky. Its not a bad place to buy TVs and other electronics though.

2 years ago, I moved back to where I grew up. I decided to get a Sam's club membership. I've never had a problem until now. Today when I entered, I realized I forgot my membership card, normally the greeter at the front door will tell you to go to customer service. No big deal I would have just walked there and gotten a copy of my membership card. The front lady with the frizzy hair said I wasn't allowed in the store. I explained that I forgot my Sam's Club card. She said it again that I wasn't allowed in the store. Behind me there was a white lady and she proceeded to tell her she didn't have a card and she needed to go to customer service. The employee said she could go but I wasn't allowed to enter the store. I had to wait until my ex, who is white so I can go in the store with him. By the way, I'm the primary member of the account. As I walked in with him, she rolled her eyes and with a condescending sound, she yelled have a nice day. At this moment I was really upset that I even had to go through that. No one should be disrespected in that matter by anyone. Her poor customer service skills are horrible. I did talk to the manager in charge Elaine. On which she stated that there was a reason why I wasn't allowed. There have been thefts in the store. I have never stolen anything from Sam's Club or even Wal-Mart! What does that have to do with me? Nothing absolutely nothing. I have never been so disrespected in my life. The company doesn't care about customer service. I hope this lady doesn't do this to anyone else. That being said. I will not renew my membership card. What I experienced today at this location was beyond disappointing. For someone to even say something like that can have big consequences. like a lawsuit. Sam's Club, Please do better.

I give it two stars because all in all the store has good selection a variety of all you need in one, the possible 3 stars were not given due to the rude ass customer service lady who seemed to be held at gun point to be there and had to pick up the fn phone and HELP a customer, she did ask if the reason of my disturbing call to CUSTOMER SERVICE was because I couldn't log in, I'm doing a favor to pick up merchandise so I do not have the app but if I did please note that I can read where it says "check in with Sam's club app" it's now been more than 30 min and 5 cars later and still sitting in reserved spot like I don't got shit to do.
