Very bad adutod and unhelpful and disrespectful staff

Absolutely rude! Coworkers are no help and they definitely are judgemental, everytime I’ve gone to that store it’s always the same treatment, I get it if the workers don’t know much about hair but they should! It’s a hair store for a reason.

i have a bad experience every time in this store !! the manager is rude and doesn’t give refund on items purchased at different sally beauty stores because they will not make the sales goal for the month?
