LOVE Royal Oak Flooring. It's a family owned business and the owners are professional, super knowledgable, and really a delight to work with. They've been in the business a long time and really know their stuff. I would not hesitate to hire Royal Oak for any future flooring needs!

I called and scheduled an appointment. They came out went over the job and said they would send me a quote. Never received the quote or heard back from them. I used this company many years ago but I think it changed hands and not the same. What a shame

Unfortunately there were many issues with Royal Oak Flooring. The first go round I was told they could match my kitchen floor to the rest of the house, not so. In addition, they put a glossy finish on the floors without consulting with me. The second time around, the sanding removed many of the pegs and almost all of the grooves but at least the color and polyurethane finish is what I requested. There were additional issues but I will keep those private...Laurie, if you are reading this you know what I am speaking about.

We had a toilet leak that damaged our wood floors. It was just a small job but needed to be done. Royal Oak came through! Laurie called us and got things scheduled quickly. They removed the damaged flooring and replaced it so we could have a new toilet put in. Rafael showed up on time, was very efficient, pleasant - a real pro - and cleaned up when done. I hope to have more extensive work done in the future and I will remember Royal Oak.

We are very pleased to be able to recommend Royal Oak Flooring in Tarzana. They recently completed the job of re-finishing our 1948-era hardwood floors and installing new hardwood in our newer (1970's) master bedroom. The floors match perfectly throughout the house. Laurie and David are very easy to work with; and most notably, Laurie is always immediately reachable by phone and accommodating of our schedule needs. Eddie, their work crew lead, is a master craftsman at this work; and we were highly pleased with his expertise and attention to detail. We are very happy with the outcome.

The workers were excellent however we have a problem with the nosing on stair case and Laurie the owner is refusing to come back and fix. So buyer be ware. I have more flooring to be installed but will be calling another company.

I used Royal Oak Flooring 6 years ago and used them again as I still had two rooms to do. As 6 years ago, they were superb this time again. They did an amazing job. It looks beautiful. Their customers service is outstanding, they are super clean and clean up everytime the by end of day. And I believe the pricing was very competitive. Overall, outstanding and I will call them anytime again

Royal Oak Flooring did an amazing job installing new floors and refinishing our old floors. Everything looks beautiful. Laurie and Dave were professional and friendly. Great customer service. The installers are very talented. They worked diligently and completed the work within the discussed timeline. Great with details and courtesy. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use them again.

Laurie and her team came in and were able to refinish our floors perfectly. They were incredibly friendly, relaxed and communicative. They stuck to their schedule and didn't go a day over. And any problem that came up were dealt with quickly and in a professional manner. Floors look like they will last and definitely would recommend.

This is the second time we've used Royal Oak and both times the results were terrific. Laurie and her team were quick to respond to my inquiry, quick to start the job, and quick to finish it. And their prices are reasonable for the quality of work they provide. We will be using Royal Oak again and again for all our flooring needs.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. Laurie was so helpful and went out of her way to make the process quick and easy. The floors look amazing!!! I'm so happy with the finished results and the customer service. I've already recommended them to multiple friends. Dave and Luis did a great job with the installation of the floor. They were also fast to come back at a later date to help us with a quick fix. We appreciate the professionalism. I would definitely use them again for any future flooring needs.

Beau seems like a great guy but his team installed about 1200 sq ft of hardwood in what seemed like a rush. Turns out they didn't properly prep the concrete floor below and the glue and flooring started coming up- not just in a few spots but probably 30 plus boards. They came by twice to inject more glue and that just made the problem worse. I'm now getting bids to tear out all their work and start fresh. What a waste of 10k.
