Items are ok, except they damage goods with the security tag, making holes in visible areas.
The main concern here is that management decreases labor hours and has us customers waiting excessive periods of time just to pay.
In the pictures you will notice only one cashier; line does the curve but extends almost reaching the back wall near the fitting rooms.
This was on a non holiday wednesday.

A old lady working there was yelling at my grandma and she can’t speak English and was yelling at her to put her card in and yelling at her to put the stuff on the counter!

My second and the last time I go there, first time I bought and waited for 15 minutes in the rows of cashiers , now i have to change my items and 20 more minutes!
Because only 2 of the 10 cashiers are active all the time

It's a ross store ,I like them I go to this one sometimes cause it's opened the latest. I work nights so works for me to get there quick. However ... the staff at the ck outs ARE NOT VERY FRIENDLY. I work with customer service everyday all day so I know how it goes. But they need to up it up! More than a few notches. Nit gonna say "RUDE" but almost there. Good store,I still go but come guy's this is your job you chose and your getting paid to be there. Figure it out ?

Hot unbearable store. There is never more than 2 employees to handle the cashiering, jewlery and handbags. Lines are unacceptably long like 30-40 min waits for well over a year and forget holiday time it was a nightmare! It wasn’t any better with lines to the back of the stores with no regard to customers while managers NEVER get on register to help. I have been in this store countless times and it doesn’t matter what day of the week or time of day. Get it together Ross and hire more people!!!! Shopping here is now a miserable experience!

Good variety of clothes for kids and grown ups. A big problem here is that they need a better way to organize the checkout lines.
