Horrible customer service. Girl at the register wearing glasses needs customer service training if handling customer transactions. You'd think customer service would be priority due to how expensive clothing is here. Need better clothing purchaser as well.

I went last week and found a top on the clearance rack for $5 I went to go pay and the girl told me $10 something. I didn't think anything of it until I looked at my receipt and saw they charged me $9 dollars without telling me they were charging me a different price. Which is illegal to charge a customer more without letting them know. It will be the last time I ever shop there.

I like their clothes but for how "cheap feeling" they are, they're kinda expensive. The workers are nice and are always willing to help so that's always good. Also their clothes are on the smaller side so sometimes you may need to size up. Also they should do more for their website.

Beautiful clothes, hire plus size girls if you want to promote plus size clothing or girls that dress the part or wear what your selling. Also some girls with more enthusiasm to work..other than that clothing and pricing is great. The customer service needs ALOT of help

They dont give you your money back if U dont want them any more that's too bad and if U change them only once if not too bad this is totally off I will take them to court if I have to clothing is cheap they get it in the (Alleys) in los Angeles pay 5 bucks per unit if U buy one dozen or more but they cant exchange wtf plus their sizes are off china made its a medium in an amercan store but here they call it 3 xxx whatever But I will definitely take them to court

I've been a customer for years, clothes are nice and trendy for plus size women but the customer service is horrible... I walked in one evening walked around for 5-10 mins picked some clothes to try on an as I was walking towards the fitting room the cashier said there closing and I can't try on any clothes I told her I'm going to buy most of them I just need to try them on..she said were closing so you can't ...I said well thanks for the warning someone should of spoke up when I was wasting my time looking around an picking clothes out I asked for a manager an she was manager, wow no wonder.......Ms Kim should really make sure she hires better staff.

cute clothes that actually fit comfortably ! but yes employ's that suite this store would make it beyond just a plus size girl store- a confident goddess size fashion !
