Made brief eye contact with one of the scared mice, tried to communicate with one of the hairstylists sitting in a chair and was ignored. The hairstylist sunk its shoulders down and buried its face deeper into its phone... As I walked out one of the hairstylists said, "appointment only." That could have been said when I was facing the hairstylists.

Sat 30+ minutes waiting for a haircuts before they even acknowledge me and had to wait over 45 more minutes to get a haircut. Barbershop with the worst customer service .

Hair cuts are good depends who you get. Customer service is horrible. You can sit there for 30 min before you even get acknowledged. If your not friends with one of the barbers plan on waiting a long time. I've been here a couple times but stopped going. Music is NOT family friendly or appropriate for anyone under 18.

I didn't have an appointment, therefore it took a while. And upon further inspection, my barber didn't cut hair evenly on top. Weak haircut, I'm sure he was just having one of those days, but I paid the price...a mediocre haircut.

Ask for Joseph, for approximately a year now Joseph and I have changed my hair style multiple different ways. Each time I leave after a cut I feel confident without checking the mirror- leaving that his responsibility. I will continue to use Re-up as my barber salon as Preferred choice.
