Brought Lincoln to Ford dealer that supposedly services Lincoln cars. Made an appointment for service with loaner last week for today. Alberto did not have us on the list of service for the day. He could have cared less, but this entire service organization is incompetent. Go somewhere else. Save yourself the disappointment of dealing with personnel who either don't work together or are clueless. Take your pick. Reservations mean nothing.

I was in a car accident recently and have been feeling really down lately. Today was a great day. They had a DJ playing great music, plus they were bbqing cheeseburgers and hotdogs. Made us feel at home. Thank you, Daniel, Armando, and Rene, for helping me today with a nice vehicle and great deal.

We had been considering upgrading our truck for some time and decided to swing by this dealership on Memorial Day weekend, just to get an idea of what was available and if we even liked Ford trucks. Upon entering the lot, we were greeted by Joel. We found him to be friendly and knowledgeable, and not overly pushy. We explained what we were looking to do, which was to trade in our existing truck plus our SUV in order to get something that could tow our current trailer and future fifth wheel. We further explained that we had no intention of buying a truck just yet as we also wanted to compare the Fords to Chevrolet and GMC as well. After spending time answering our questions and acknowledging our desire to see the competitor trucks, Joel gave us his card and stated that we would be warmly welcomed should we return to purchase a Ford. After our visit with Joel, we took a look at some Chevy trucks but could not stop thinking about the Ford we just saw; so we went home and did some research and decided to return the following day to make the purchase. We texted Joel on his personal cell phone to schedule a time to meet and brought our two vehicles to trade in. And when I tell you that this is where it gets good is an understatement. The negotiation lasted less than 30 minutes and we received generous trade-in valuations on our two vehicles as well as a significant Memorial Day weekend kicker on the Ford. On top of that, we wanted to add a couple of items to the truck's exterior which Joel assisted with without any hesitation. In fact, he personally scheduled the appointment to install those items and ensured it was handled in a timely fashion and with full communication on when it would be completed. To wrap it up, our experience with this dealership was painless, but Joel made it top tier. In fact, we personally know an owner of a different Ford dealership, but we liked Joel so much, that we did not even bother asking our friend about getting a better deal which should speak volumes. We highly recommend this dealership, and if you're looking to purchase a vehicle, be sure ask for Joel. You'll be glad you did.

TLDR do not order a new vehicle from Envision Ford of Oxnard. If you do order from them do not sign they're agreement stating the price is TBD. They will try to convince you that the agreement is nothing to worry about but they are lying. They will use that agreement against you to mark up your vehicle price and include dealership addons that you don't want.Full story:My wife and I both ordered Ford Mavericks from Isaac at Envision Ford of Oxnard in September of 2022. Isaac repeatedly assured me that I would not be paying over MSRP for either vehicle. When the first Maverick arrived in May 2023 we were told we have to pay for a dealership add on called SurfaceCARE or else they wouldn't sell us the car. And SurfaceCARE is not cheap. Our second Maverick is being shipped to the dealership and scheduled to arrive in July 2023. I just got a call from Isaac stating that the price is being marked up 3 thousand dollars because other people are willing to pay more. Of course they're willing to pay more they didn't have to wait 10 months for their vehicle! They are trying to get me to walk away from my order so they can sell it for more. If you order a vehicle from Envision Ford of Oxnard plan to spend a few thousand dollars more than what they quote you because surely when your vehicle arrives they will mark up the price and tell you to walk if you don't agree to the new price. This dealership has no integrity. Stay Away!!!

My experience at Envision Ford of Oxnard was great!Armando clearly drew my attention on the phone when I called to schedule an oil change when he suggested I stop by later to check out any trade-in deals he may have to offer me .Armando had a light hearted and genuine way about him which made me decide to go in the dealership and see what he could do for me.i been wanting to trade in my Ecosport and get a similar one in blue.Well guess what? That is what I walked out with in a little over an hour.Lets say, it was divinely guided!!Xavier Gordon helped with the financing and made it work for me.Armando and Xavier were wonderful!Thank you!Maria Certo

Brought my car here for the first time and it was so seamless and an overall great experience. Tarek was my service advisor and he was amazing! He set such clear expectations, explained everything in depth, and made my service visit actually pleasant! He even dealt with disgruntled customers with a smile and apologized for any inconvenience. This was a great experience and I will definitely be back again!!

Terrible service. Dropped my 2022 Maverick for a scheduled recall air-bag repair. I was told parts were in and it would take a day. Once I got back home they call and tell me they didn't have the part. So I have to get another ride back to Oxnard and was told that the part will be in next week.A week later after nobody returning many calls I finally got to make a second appointment and was assured that the part was in. Once again I had to make arrangement for a ride after dropping my truck off. Upon arrival I checked in and was once again was assured the part was in. I asked the service writer to double check with Parts Department and was given a huffy look like I was wasting his time. After a few calls to Parts Supervisor and on hold for 10 minutes we were told it's going to be at least 2 months for my Mavericks recall part to come in. I truly believe that they hope I get in a wreck or sell the truck by then so they won't have to do the service.Terrible service and communication.

Really disappointed with this location and the seller issac, I ordered 2 ford transit and i wait for 1 year and today isaac said that ford cancel but they have more but way more expensive be careful with this guy he will try to sell car that you don’t need

We placed an order for a Ford Bronco July 14, 2020. Our reservation was assigned to Vista Ford of Oxnard who later transitioned to Envision Ford. Not a word from the Vista team... thanks!After literally years of delays and reservation changes our Ford Bronco was delivered. Lance, Derick and Ash of Envision were made our purchase as painless as possible. Lance called us right away and let us know our Bronco arrived. He even arranged for pick up with the Envision team even though he was gone for the day.Envision Ford honored our previously agreed pricing and didn't try any high pressure upselling. This was a big relief after such a long wait.I leave honest reviews, good or bad. After our experience I felt an obligation to share our positive experience with the Envision dealership. I would happily purchase another vehicle from Envision Ford of Oxnard.

I had such a level of dissatisfaction with this location and the inventory team , primarily by rea and Gabriel. I placed an original order 2 years ago for a Ford maverick , when it arrived the interior was all wrong and nothing on the inside was what I ordered. I thought it may have been a mistake so we just ordered a new one. I then went months without any word so placed another order to see what was going on . I finally was reached out to by Gabriel and he then involved Rea about the status of my order and it still hadn't been assembled after months of uncertainty. Then over the summer I reached out to Gabriel twice and I wanted to talk to a manager instead of him and I heard nothing else , finally I emailed one more time about everything and it still went unanswered. After all of this I was done with this horrific service I received from everyone , and today I received a text message by Gabriel saying that my order finally arrived , I messaged back respectfully declining and giving detail in why I no longer wanted to work this location, if I could score a 0 with service I would . Being a general manager as well I have no idea how a place can run with that type of bad communication .
