I'd like to mention that I scheduled for 1:10 on 8/2/24. When I got there, they said I had no appointment and I was not seen until about 1 hour later. I must also say that this is not the first time this happens and that people working there are neither pleasant or accessible. My experiences at 925 W 7th St, Oxnard have not been pleasant on several occasions and this has also been the case for other family members.

I came on a Saturday, and all the customer windows are close. No one to ask questions or for help when I knock on the windows the lady on the other side got upset. The staff seemed upset ? every time some one ask a question or for help like it was an inconvenience. Apparently, you are on your own. I ended up helping older men who did not know how to read or use the devices in the lobby because the staff could not be bothered with such things. Where is humanity ?. The attitude is what bothers me the most. It is not our fault that they don't have staff to help the clients with their questions.

The wait time was about 15 minutes even though I had made an appointment, but the phlebotomist was awesome. I am not easy to get blood from. She did it quickly and painlessly!
