This place is great ?Ive been to a fair amount of head shops and cigarette stores over the years & this one definately stands out to me, its got a great selection of products!

They have security system that pull over drivers in back alley with red and blue flashing lights. Makes them feel like criminals when all they were doing is going to CVS or Taco bell for dinner. Also disturbs the neighbors most ships in mall have rule no outside noise in back alley including dumping of trash after 7pm in respect for the neighbors. I tried to explain to owner that I had called the fire dept 10 years ago behind the shop when getting taco bell and spotted a palet fire.. I got taco bell and was heading home and saw a big fire behind the strip mall. I'm actally a good citizen. But this owner treats me like criminal and pulls me over when driving by, every time I have cancer too. I don't even think its real police pulling me over with red and blue lights.

This place is amazing! I've never seen such a huge selection of pieces in one place in my life. The owner, Tony, (at least I think he's the owner) was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything I asked about. He said he feels its important to be on top of his game so he can keep his customers on top of theirs. I loved his passion for what he does and he definitely made a repeat customer out of me.

the owner of the store is extremely nice and caring, he takes his time with each customer and is sure to answer any question u may have. he is a workaholic but takes pride in making sure u leave satisfied. i have never been disappointed n he always makes sure i leave with a smile on my face

The best smoke shop I've personally been to and I've been to alot across southern California. Selection, pricing, rotation of product, knowledge of staff, can not be beat anywhere. Its hard not to sound like a promotional commerical for the place but it's just been my experience if I'm comparing this smoke shop to any other one I've been too. It's just many steps above and doesn't get the credit for it.

Hella cool guy low prices and full of many types of glass and other smoking devices,I'd say puffys is a one stop shop for all your smoking and vaping needs....tell Tony that peanut had sent you ....lol

This place has by far the very best selection. I have been to every smoke shop in Ventura County and this place is one of the best for variety and selection. Totally unique selection stuff you won't find anywhere else.which is what I look for in a smoke shop so A+
