Was in the market for some new furniture and decided to stop in after seeing the truck with a huge sign that said 50-70% mark downs. Upon walking in and seeing the quality of the furniture and prices, I was quite surprised. Everything was marked way up and I saw nothing that was "mark down" price. Save yourself some time and give Ashely's a visit in the same parking lot.

Great customer service when you're buying, but terrible when you call them on a warrantied product. We purchased a sofa with warranty. When something went wrong, I tried calling, leaving messages, emailing, even wrote a letter! No response. Chris Gilbertson was our sales person. DO NOT PURCHASE WARRANTY. Know what you are buying but don't expect it to last.

Avoid this place at all costs.The product we got from this store came damaged. When we called to inform them, they refused to do anything about it. We are out a great deal of money now because of their dishonest business practices. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.

My partner and I were in search of a new bedroom set. We would go on and end up here at Premier Furniture after going to others around Ventura and Oxnard. We feel like we got an amazing deal on some furniture pieces from glacier point. Our sale associate Naomi was very patient with us and highly professional. Our set was ordered and delivered to our home in under two weeks. We love our new set. Thank you!

I went to essentially every furniture store and outlet in the Ventura/Oxnard area. They had great prices for the quality of couches in store! The sale lady was super patient, I'm pretty indecisive and sat in the store for about 2 hours just going through my process. She would check in non-intrusively with no pressure to hurry up. The best service was from the delivery guy. He was really helpful, my doors were a bit too short but but the guy helped me get it through even though it took a lot of effort without scratching the couch.I'd definitely recommend checking them out!

Buyer Beware. My wife and I purchased a sectional sofa with built in power recliners. Premier Furniture talked us into an expensive extended warranty through Montage Furniture Services.Our recliner portion had a switch fail 5 months ago. We filed immediately for service. We are now almost 4 months out from our original service request.Oddly enough Montage sent the request to Premier Furniture to buy the switch after 3 months. Premier Furniture has told me the part has been ordered. It has been a month since the first person told us the part was ordered. Now I’m being told it was just ordered.DO NOT BUY FURNITURE OR EXTENDED WARRANTIES FROM PREMIER FURNITURE OR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH MONTAGE.We are unfortunately and likely going to have to file a suit against the owners of Premier Furniture and against Montage Furniture Services to get our sectional fixed or refunded.Also, use Caution as Premier Furniture has been trying to go out of business for a year now.Buyer Beware.

The absolute best experience I’ve had purchasing quality home goods that will last a lifetime and beyond. I also purchased a sage green bookshelf here about a year ago…This place rocks! Customer service is awesome and I was able to take my new lovely items home same day on both occasions.

If you actually want to receive your order SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!! We ordered a table and chair set on 12/11/21. It's now 7/6/22 and we still don't have a table and chairs. On top of that all communication has been initiated by myself or my husband. We have not received one call from them with updates. Every time we call they say it will be 2 more weeks or that the owner or office girl will call us back with an update and NOTHING. This is getting to be absolutely ridiculous. I didn't pay thousands of dollars to have a plastic picnic table in my dining room because we need somewhere to eat our dinners. Will be pursuing a lawsuit if I don't receive my table in 2 weeks like they promised (again). I have a hard time believing the glowing reviews on here are from actual customers. Most likely from the employees themselves and their friends. Plus the huge "going out of business signs" don't make me feel any better about having to continue to wait for delivery. Getting worried they will be long gone and closed before I even get my table and I will be out all my money.

Got a GREAT dining table heavy wood. I used to work here. Hein and I went to the warehouse and got my table. Hein helped me put it together. It's was a GREAT buy.

We bought a sectional from here. Grate prices and the knowledgeable sales people showed us the differences between manufacturers and why some cost more than others with no sales pressure. After picking up our couch we found a broken part after getting home, a customer service person Rick was very helpful and worked with us to got a replacement and returnedall of my phone calls witch I was not expecting. This is the first store we are going to for all of furniture in the future. Even tho we had a issue the way they handled it is why we will be returning customers.Thanks Premier Furniture.
