I don't know why? Maybe because I am Asian?
They checked my vehicle within 10 minutes I arrived but had me sit there for about an hour for no reason. My car was sitting in the parking lot after the mechanic checked for inspection.
No one tells me whats going on. All other customers are come and gone, and yet they told me to sit and wait because it's not done. My car is still sitting in the parking lot, not doing anything.
After about an hour, I was about to leave the car and come back and tells me he's going to finish the paper work.
They were not nice at all. I was totally ignored.

Went for a smog and a brake & lamp inspection… it ONLY required new rear brakes to pass the inspections. After 5 hours of waiting, car was “ALL READY!” Paid, headed over to the DMV and they noticed that the smog was missing. Called them, they said “we didn’t do it” ??♂️ but why? Don’t know! The shop told me “READY”! Well, my guess is that if they would’ve told me that the car was not going to pass the smog then I would’ve taken it home without getting the brake&light inspection and the brake job ($300). It’s always “mi raza”! I just lost a whole day!!!!

Connected with Carlos (manager) regarding my brakes. He was honest and professional. He gave me piece of mind that my brakes were in good standing and wouldn't need to change them. Although I didn't need my brakes changed this time, I will definitely come back and have them serviced here. Great experience!

I took my car here for a Smog check and left with a dashboard alert for my tires. I let the tech know and he rudely responded that he did not touch anything related to the tires, he only completed the Smog test. I knew I did not have an issue with my tires because they were recently replaced. However, safety first - I took my vehicle back to Good Year and had them checked. The manager advised me all was well, tires were in excellent condition and the alert signal needed to be reset by the mechanic who complete the Smog. When I return to Precision, I explained this to the mechanic and he raised his voice in disgust and told me once again he did not touch the tires and he will not reset the dashboard. I was very upset and at at a loss. I took the car to the dealership only to find out they could fix it for a min fee of $100. I do not recommend, not even if he is the cheapest and fastest place in town.
