“I never had issues here besides the parking out front may not be directly in front of the building. You may not get parking directly in front of the post office. There will be space a few businesses down so keep this in mind if you have a big package to carry inside. The bin to drop off your package is smaller so if your package does not fit then you can just hand it to the attendant.
This is a smaller post office than the one on C street so less staff on-site. It kind of depends how long the line will take if you need assistance. I have never had to wait that long here but then again, I only had to wait like twice in my life at this location. I always come to the post office with my shipping label created and package ready for shipment. I just drop it off and I am good to go.”

“Was a bit skeptical since there was many bad reviews at this location but the process of getting my passport went smoothly and fairly quick. As long as you make an appointment and have your documents you need (which they provide online), you should be good! George helped me today and he was kind and quickly tried to help everyone!”

“The customer service was excellent. It was the part of the visit to plaza Mail Center that stood out the most. The place has a small business feel to it. I went to get the process started for a new passport. The gentleman that helped me was very kind, courteous, and even offered me a bottled water. He helped me fill out the application form. My passport photo was taken there also.”
