Bad experience with the rude employee Elisa Ramirez. She’s very condescending. Not sure how a service industry during COVID can employee such a unprofessional person who thinks she is better than everyone. So sad. Much more deserving people out there looking for work. Will not be back.

Love the service from Rachel in suite #111! She is very professional and her suite is always very clean. Does a great job on my eyebrows and always greets me with a smile. Definitely recommend her to anyone for eyebrow waxing and the other services she offers as well!
