“Had such a great experience at this pharmacy! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I had a few questions about my prescription, and not only did the pharmacist take the time to explain everything clearly, but the manager also came over to check in and make sure I felt taken care of. You can tell they really care about their customers here, which is rare to find these days. They also speak Spanish which I thought was pretty convenient . They even helped me find an over-the-counter product I didn’t know they carried. Super helpful, professional, and kind—I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“I prefer Sam's Club over Costco. Sam's is much more superior over Costco b/c Sam's have the Scan and Go features. You can order food at the cafe on your phone. Even paying for gas is much easier with thru the app. If only sams would offer more organic options.”
“The pharmacy is awesome and I like the Scan and Go feature so I can get out quickly. Like the smaller sizes. Costco has orange juice in qty of three where Sam’s is 2 as an example. I like being able to get one gallon on milk too.”

“I've been going to this place to get my medication since I was a little girl. The workers are nice and are willing to help with any questions you have or suggestions on what over the counter medication you can take for certain stuff. There are times when you have to be physically there for them to make the medication to make sure you'll pick it up. Usually it's the infection medication. But once you are there they are pretty quick. Everything is organized and clean. Late evenings are usually very busy. But you can always give a quick call and they can let you know if they've received your prescription or if it's ready to pick up or if you have to be there in order to fill your prescription. If your in the system they also give you an automated call letting you know your medication is ready.”

“I do not live in Oxnard but ive had to pickup prescription for my child once before months ago before prices on everything went skyrocketing:( I have been assisted over the phone by the pharmacist very few times and they have been professional with all of their assistance that i have experienced when dealing with my childs prescription. I am truly greatful with their service as some of our local CVSs in Santa Barbara have awful workers and who are very good at giving us run arounds which also do not do their job right who also treat customers badly. I have had Jobs working with customers and it is not a hard job at all i wouldnt dare treat customers badly neither because customers is why we have our Jobs in the first place. How i wish our CVSs would be so simple with us to pick up our prescriptions like in the good old days when customer service didnt get out of hand:) Thank You Oxnard CVS if i could id rather pickup our prescriptions at this Location sadly its too expensive to even get out of town. We no longer can enjoy those Beautiful drives out there. Keep up the good work:)”
