I'm leaving a 3 star review for the simple fact that it feels like the sales associates have gotten pushier about upselling products. I've been coming to this store since 2020 for dog food, pet supplements, treats, etc. The last few times I've been in it seems like the employees have taken on an approach of acting like they know more about my pets than me, the person who is with them 24/7 and shopping on advice from my Veterinarian. Please do better and teach your employees that their advice is not always needed or correct. While some inexperienced pet owners might appreciate it, those of us that work with/communicate openly with our Vets regarding treatment/supplement plans and are experiences pet owners do not.

Love that they have a dog wash facility, dryer , towels and shampoo are provided!
We find everything else was overpriced though

My dog was having skin allergies at the start of spring. Every time I came into pet express Brandy was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions for products that helped ease his discomfort. Very grateful for her and the knowledgeable and friendly staff.

The pet wash is a life saver and it's regularly cleaned and never in a bad state. My dog also goes absolutely insane for some of the treats they sell here

Came here for my first time I was a bit lost brandy approached me asking if she could help and oh boy did she help me she was fantastic knowledgeable kind n extremely helpful in helping me understand my bulldog digestive system she made me a loyal customer I definitely will be back and will refer people to the store asking for brandy! Thank you brandy you are appreciated

Just took my 100+ lb. Berner here for a much needed bath for the first time. It was GREAT! The raised tubs and settings for wash, rince, and dry right on the wall made it so easy! The staff was amazing and helpful, and the cost is minimal!We will definitely go back.

My first time coming to the store to use the self service dog washing station. I arrived around noon and there was only one other dog there with all other stalls open. They have bathtubs, but they also have one ground level washing station perfect if you have an older dog or a dog you can’t lift up. $18 per dog for 25 minutes which was plenty of time to complete the wash and dry. Towels and shampoo included. It’s cool because the shampoo comes out of the water hose. There’s aprons for the humans to wear. The place was super clean and organized. I really enjoyed it and so did my dogs! My pups love getting pampered and this is a great alternative to having a grooming service & it’s a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend!

Once I enter the store Alya and manny greeted me. Very friendly. Store was very cleaned. Friday night crew was amazing, will be returning.
