I as a small restaurant owner been buying wholesale produce and goods from here for a few months now and I have not been disappointed yet. They always have what I need and have very knowledgeable staff. Even during hard time they are still able to provide quality products and services. Highly recommend to anyone in need of wholesale produce

If I could write a zero star review I would. I’ve had multiple dealings with Pacific Coast Produce, this specific phone call with Rey their supervisor in which he tried to talk over me, didn’t listen and didn’t hear any to take the time to listen at all, makes it seem as though all he does is take complaints from unsatisfied customers. This will be the 5th time in 6 months I’ve been charged for an order that didn’t show up. And I wasn’t called or informed of why it did t show up. I was just silently charged and. Living showed up. Terrible customer service, rude management. I’ll admit I was rude as well but how many times can someone take this type of treatMe too and not be upset?

I have multiple businesses order their fruits, cups, lids, and straws from Pacific Coast Produce. And for the first 6 months they were timely, and got all orders in correctly. However, The last six months every order has come incorrectly, or fails to arrive without a contact call as to why until THE DAY AFTER my products are supposed to be shipped. If you want to be charged for incorrect orders with no explanation, no call back, and to NOT get ahold of a supervisor because they are magically, unavailable Then for sure use Pacific Coast Produce. I've been put on atrociously long holds on the phone with them and can't seem to speak with who I want to. Normally I'm not a complainer. In fact this is my first negative review. However, as a business owner it's my Job to make sure other people do not suffer what my business has. Thank you for your time.
