Been doing business with this dealer for a long time never have they turned their back sales dep is excellent and service and parts is right next to them all around experts Bought all my cars here from bmw to Benz to 2500 hd diesel truck and ofcoarse Mitsubishi I'm very thankful and proud, very trust worthy no bs totally recommend this dealer ship

Above and beyond!
The owner of Oxnard Mitsubishi, Martin Ramirez, took what could have been a negative situation and turned it into one of the most positive experiences I’ve had with a dealership reinforcing the reason I have made 3 auto purchases here.
I couldn’t be happier or more appreciative of the personal care he took with my car.
99.99% of the time servicing all of my cars has been absolutely great, but it was amazing to find that the, ”once in a blue moon” situation (when something doesn’t go quite right) this dealership will go above and beyond to make it right!

We bought our first truck from this dealership to tow our trailer from the Ventura RV Connection dealer nextdoor. So convenient! The truck drives really well, they gave us a great deal and made sure we were happy. Great service in the finance department, and the shop did a great job getting it ready to leave the lot. They even fixed a minor leather interior repair as a gift. We found everyone we worked with to be generous, trustworthy and kind. Thank you Abel and everyone we worked with for your outstanding service!

This is a great team and great first class service all around. My agent Alex went out of his way to make the experience anxiety free and enjoyable. He was accommodating and upfront with insight and information to cater to my needs. An honest and trustworthy dealership that’s invested in finding the best deal that worked for me without any pressure or hidden agendas. Hubs and I went with our daughter and her wife to Oxnard Mitsubishi hoping to help them lease a new Outlander hybrid. We were promptly greeted by James, a kind man who wasn't pushy at all. He showed us the options and allowed us to choose the pace and decide which way to move forward. Once a car had been decided on, he ran the numbers and of course the monthly payments weren't acceptable at first, but after some easy and low key negotiations they all agreed on all terms and went to sign the papers with Ramon, also a kind and helpful man. He explained that several employees were out sick, and to please be patient. No problem. And that being said, we were in/out in less than 3 hours!We have purchased and/or leased a couple dozen cars and must say this was the easiest, low pressure, friendly process we've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. My daughter and daughter-in-law leased the most beautiful Outlander on the lot, all the bells and whistles included. Kudos to James and Ramon for never pressuring us, and making us feel like they really wanted to help us make a deal. If you are considering a Mitsubishi this should be your first stop, and most likely your last, with you driving away in your new car...and a smile :)
