My mom went here recently to return something and was told it was too dirty which I don’t know if it was or wasn’t but the lady’s seemed to be rude about it and unkind. Maybe try being gentle with people when telling them no is all.

I went to Oxnard Medical Supply to pick up a walker for my mom. I received the best customer service from Dulce. She was so nice, friendly and patient. She answered all my questions and provided very clear explanations about all of the equipment that I'm interested in getting. The task of getting assisted devices for my mom seems daunting but Dulce was a wealth of information and she made the process so much easier. This store has other helpful items beyond walking devices worth checking out. I picked up a pair of pressure stockings for my mom which saved me a trip to Althea's.

It's the nearest to my aunt location and tried if they have the supplies I need for her, as I showed the prescription, etc. I waited just few minutes and everything went fine. Thanks Oxnard for the help, else I will search somewhere farther.

There are still good people in this world. Long story short, my father has a terminal illness, I live in Oregon, I came to visit and my stepmom worked magic so we could all go to the beach for the night. We rented an oxygen concentrator and picked it up in Oxnard......but they didn't include a connector with the tubing! At 4:40 I called Oxnard Medical Supply and spoke to Dulce. She and the kind folks there sold me the connector my dad needed (saved us a trip to the ER.) and left it so I could pick it up after hours. We were able to enjoy our night at the beach. Thanks!

After being referred by the nursing facility and reading Myssi P's review I decided to give it a shot. Wish I had read the next couple of reviews, because they better reflect what I experienced. I needed to get a bariatric commode for my mom, who's being discharged today. The owner ONLY CARES ABOUT HER OWN CONVENIENCE and not about what her potential customers may need. Will NEVER do business with them! PARKING: NONE! The street in front is marked "No Stopping" and the lot in back has a single spot designated for the store, which has their van in it. All the other spots are marked for apartment residents or the Pollo Place next door. Their posted hours say they close at 5, but when I got there a couple minutes before 5 on Thursday they were already closed. No biggy. On Friday I got there at 4:35 and there was a note saying that they would be back in 10 minutes because they're doing a delivery. I waited for 10 minutes and called the posted number. I couldn't understand the name of the store the owner said on the voicemail, but it wasn't "Oxnard". So I left my message, mentioning that it's been over 10 minutes and I'm waiting. At 4:55, still having seen no one, I called the number again and Jacqueline answered. She's apparently the owner. She apologized, kinda, and said that "the employee" (I assume that means there's only ONE) had to leave for a family emergency at 4:30. I tried to impress on her how important it was for me to get the commode for my mom so that she's able to go to the bathroom at home after her discharge this morning. I also mentioned that the OPEN sign is still blinking in the front window and the note says they'll be back in 10. She blew it off with "I know." The sign also says that they're open on Saturday by appointment, so I tried to make one. Jacqueline was very hesitant, because it wasn't convenient for her. (Perfect customer service attitude!) She said that she'd talk with her employee and call me back in 1 or 2 hours. OK. 15 hours later, I called and left another message saying how disappointed I was with her not calling back when she promised and tried to point out again how imperative it is to get the commode today. About 20 minutes later she called, didn't apologize, and said she could meet me at 1pm. When I said that I don't know if that will work because I haven't picked up my mom yet and don't know how the schedule for the day is going to work out, she said that that's the only time that's CONVENIENT FOR HER because it's 2 hours away. I then told her that I didn't care, because I don't want to do business with her. She deserves to have no customers and go out of business!

After my dissatisfied visit to Merlin Medical Supply in Camarillo, I decided to check out Oxnard Medical Supply. I had a prescription from my orthopedic doctor for a short walking boot. I arrived at 4:30, when the store was about to close at 5. The 2 women in there were very accommodating and friendly. I presented my ID, prescription and insurance cards (they accept Gold Coast Health Insurance.) I left the store with my better fitting short walking boot, a free 2019 wall calendar and contact info. for a physical therapist that they work with. I am more than satisfied and I highly recommend Oxnard Medical Supply. Thanks again, ladies!

This business is terrible I will not recommend to any family or friends and boys even the owner don't know anything about customer service never go there they tell you one thing and do another I was very dissatisfied waiting waiting for my item and to them it seems like they didn't care about taking care of the customer

My wife and I went in this store looking for an item for our son. Luckily, they had it otherwise we would of had to go to Camarillo to get it. However, the woman who helped us was so rude, we should of just walked out the door. From the moment we walked in the door she had an attitude as if we were a bother to her. We had a few questions about he product to which she again seemed bothered. In all, her negative and rude attitude is probably a good indication why this place is so empty. Next time I think my wife will make the drive to Camarillo and pay a bit more for a better customer service experience.
