They will not accept a return on a digital book if you use the access code even once... but the original (book) vendor will. How does that figure? They make it harder on you than it needs to be -- shop elsewhere.

They make up their own hours. Don't update the websites and do NOT answer their phones. Give you a return date on days they are closed. Driving all the way into Oxnard for the store to be closed 4 hrs earlier then what's posted is beyond frustrating but what is worse is the lack of communication!!!!!!!! Oxnard college simply states they can't do anything and hold them accountable because they are run by barnes and noble. Over them!! They need to do a sweep of the staff at this store including management! Barnes and Noble should care!!!!!

These people do NOT answer their phone and it is disappointing and inconvenient. As a College bookstore, you would think they are ready to fill you in with information about books that you will need which are what will construct your knowledge on your very own career which your future also depends on but no, they just let it go to voicemail. Im trying to study early to make sure I am on top of everything but the college bookstore just isn’t ready to support me that way because they cant answer the phone.

in the beginning of the semester I ordered a book and they told me it would be there by the end of the week and then I called to check the status and they said they weren't gonna be ordering them anymore but they didn't call me or anything.

I was there from 2013-2016 and the staff was all super nice and helpful, the manager was always very on point! I'd recommend this bookstore 10 times over.

If you rent books from this store, be super careful with them. A minor damage will not be accepted. Save your money and try amazon or chegg. They are not as picky on minor damages

Most of their staff are friendly, but the tall caucasian chick with the short orange hair always has some sort of sour attitude. I feel like she even profiled me because when I purchased something to get change, she actually held up my $20 bill trying to detect a phony bill. Not cool at all.
