I bought automotive primer for my spray gun. With reducer spent 3 days sanding and primering my truck.every time i sanded after primer
dried. About 25% flaked off every time.waste of time, labor and money.
I ended up going to wallmart and purchased rust -o- lium automotive primer. That worked 100% better than oreilys cheap product.

The waiting time is ridiculous. Parts people call customers by "dog" or "dude". If you have a custom vehicle they won't be able to help you unless the information is in the computer.
You won't be able to get parts for vehicles with engine swaps or aftermarket equipment because they do not know what parts are interchangable between vehicles.

Just bad costumer service all around starting from the manager all the way down the line ,never feel welcomed here.none of the employees make themselves available for help when it looks like they have downtime they just start chatting in the corner .id rather make the drive to a competitor even though your parts store is the closest to me,id rather take my business elsewhere.

Just so happens my car was low on oil and my usiband was working. He sent me the brand and name of what I needed, so I walked into the auto parts store by our house. I was not greeted by any of the three employees that were working there, although they did look at me. I found the oil myself but stopped a gentleman and ask for help to make sure I had the right one. Immediately, he made me feel like I was wasting his time. He told me I didn't have the right one, and showed me where the one was I needed. He literally stood there and pointed to it and didn't even grab it off the shelf for me. He was very short with me asking "Is that it?" I asked him if I could put my husband's phone number in because usually he's the one who shops there and he gets a discount with his military ID, which is already attached to his phone #. When Mario finished the sale, he was already headed to the back of the store and I had to stop him to ask where the discount was on the receipt. He barked at me and told me that the military discount didn't apply to oil. And threw the receipt back at me and walked away. I believe you can ask the employees to help you put the oil in the car when you buy it, but this Mario person was so ugly to me that I just left. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Really bad customer service by Erik ,just a bad attitude,before I called called up to pay he was just chatting on his phone bout nonsense.the the people are usually courteous but Erik just is a waste of a worker
