CEL came on my '16 Tundra while traveling with my family and hauling a travel trailer. We stopped by even without an appointment, Luis jumped out and diagnosed a gas cap issue that he promptly re-seated and off we went. Didn't ask for a dime. What a guy; we need more people in the world like Luis. Should be called One Minute Auto Repair!

Car wouldn't start. Called Luis at 2 PM. Towed the car to his shop at 3. He had it fixed and stayed till 6:30 so we could pick it up. Great job, saved our vacation. Try getting this kind of service at a dealer...

We called One Day Repair about 1:30 pm as our Jeep starter was kaput. They said bring it in and they would look and fix it. We had to tow it with our RV (not sure if he has a towing service). Got there about 2:30. They determined it wasn’t the starter. We went on back to the RV park to await their call. By 5:00 we got a call it was the ignition and they would work on it then. We got a call back by 6:00 that it was repaired. They even offered to pick my husband up since we weren’t too far away. Our Jeep is back to us all in one afternoon. That is SERVICE!When you are an RV-er, your extra wheels are vital and you are usually on a timeline.Luis Soto was so knowledgeable, helpful and thoughtful. We are so grateful we called him.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went to this shop for a clutch repair. Iasked if the installation come with a warrenty or a gerantee for his work and the owner said Yes. He gerentes his work. After having the cluch, flywheel, slave cylinder , through out bearings, and tranmition flush. My cluch isint working priperliy and cant handel the tork od my transmition. I took it back and he told me to run it about 500 miles It normal. I told him it shouldnt slip for all new cluch parts. So i asked him if he can look at it. Je said hes so busy with other cars. So i should run it for a while. After 500 miles it still having problems and continues slipping. I called him to inspect it and ask me. To bring it by. But hes always gone and not at the shop when i tell him im Going to stop by. Hes avoiding all my calls. When j serprizen him one day and talked to him. He tells me to bring it the next day because he need to get all the car he has now out. I stop by the next day and time we aggred uppon. Hes not their. I tried to call him and he dost pick up again. I left my number at his shop and he dosnt return my call. Hes avoiding me when ever i call or stop by. I would recomend finding another shop that gerentes gheir work in writing. He doesnt even give you a recipt for the job hes completed. Wont recomend this shop to anyone else. Im dissapointed with his work and his costemer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I looked up auto shops near me, I needed help with my drivers side window not going up, I showed up to One Day Auto Repair and Luis came out and took a look at the door on my mini van, he took the door panel off and got to the root of the issue, he was able to get my window to roll up and fixed.
