“I will never go to any other Lexus dealership besides this one. My salesperson, Jessica, has been outstanding in assisting me with both purchasing and repairs. I value her so much that when she moved to a different Lexus dealership—over an hour's drive away—I followed her just to purchase my car from her.
What makes her exceptional is her attention and readiness with answers. Recently, one of my tires was low on air due to a nail. I took my car to the nearest dealership, Lexus Glendale, where they told me I didn’t have a warranty and that it would cost $468 to replace the tire. I reached out to Jessica for advice, and she promptly confirmed that I do have a tire warranty valid at any Lexus dealership, even providing a copy of it. However, Glendale refused to honor it and insisted I go to Oxnard to use the warranty. Caught between two dealerships, I wasn’t sure what to do. Jessica stepped in and offered to speak directly with Glendale, and thanks to her, I was able to use the warranty there.
Even though I purchased my car 1.5 years ago, Jessica continues to take care of me and is always there when I need her. Andrea, the finance specialist, has also been incredibly helpful, both during the purchase and in this repair situation. She ensures I fully understand everything I’m signing and patiently explains everything until I have no more questions. In fact, she was right next to Jessica when we were on the phone, making sure the situation was handled.
Mary-Lou was also very caring and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about them here, but I’m grateful to have such dedicated professionals at my dealership. They will exceed your expectations when you visit them.”
